go in BIOS and/or Device Manager and disable the Network Card. If login
time speeds up, then it is a network problem. If so, create second profile
with network card disabled. That will fix the non-network side of the
issue.

Do you have any jokes about Windows XP? Is there an Indian version of
Windows? Is it funny?
