Project Manager KOHL Group Job# KG100808 PM/SR PM Arrangement: Project
assignments with average terms ranging from 3 to 9 months Location: Work is

Requirement Set: 6 – 8 years of project management experience with the
end-to-end installation and acceptance of wireline and wireless
telecommunications systems comprised of Alcatel-Lucent equipment (and equipment

Desired Experience (but not required): Experience noted above in Metropolitan
Area Network build-outs; experience in building out telecommunications systems

Requirements for Project Manager: The Project Manager is the single point of
accountability for project delivery and customer escalations (products or
services). The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of
planning and implementing a project that meets customer needs. The PM may
supervise the work of vendors and other customer personnel to achieve product
deployment or project readiness. The PM responsibilities may include: initiating
a project/program design, planning various aspects of the project's execution
and organizing necessary resources to provide the customer with technical,
management and cost proposals. This position is also accountable to the end
Customer and our client for delivering all
projects in accordance with the contract. Major Activities and/or
Essential Functions: Examples of typical activities would generally be any or
all of the following: * Develop a complete understanding of the customer's
business needs. * Serve as principal interface between the customer, the

level officers * Typically requires more than 8 years experience with a
