WDP is set up for women who want to become better photographers-- it's a place in which to expand your skills, develop your technique, experiment with new and different effects, and share and discuss your work with other women photographers in a positive and supportive environment.

But be aware, it's a group for participants-- we aren't looking for lurkers. This isn't a place for those who watch from the sidelines. It's for women who want to get out there and use their cameras-- regardless of what their current skills may be-- and become better photographers tomorrow than they are today.

On our list we discuss all facets of digital photography, including camera choices, shooting techniques, editing, digital imaging software, plugins, and printing, and share tips and tricks that can be used by our members to improve their work-- but what we're fundamentally about is shooting pictures.

The more you shoot, the better you become-- and we give you plenty of reasons to use your camera!

If that sounds good to you, then come join us-- we're here to share, to encourage, to question, to explore, to learn from each other, and above all to grow and develop our individual strengths as photographers.

And whether you're a raw beginner or a seasoned professional, the bottom line is that the only photographer you need to become better than is the one you are today. That's what this group is about. If you want to work at it, then join us.
