I believe that can only be done in groups where the Members list is
available to all members. It's not in this YM group. In a group where the
Members list is available, while in the Members section, there is an
envelope icon for sending that member a private message. Since this is the
YM group, you can presume they will be on YM on a regular basis... just send
them an IM. ;-)
