 i have yahoo messenger 9.0 i just ckick on the person i want to call and click on call person and it calls automatically just install yahoo messenger9.0 hope this will help you

Which browser and version are you using? Can you take screen shots of each step you are taking? Is there more information on the error message... a code or...

It sounds like you simply have a bad install... even though you've tried it once before. See my blog article about doing an uninstall, clean-up and FULL...
