Sourceforge allows you to upload keys via web interface only.
1. Login ( top/left at http://sf.net )
2. Choose Account Options (at top of screen)
3. Choose "Edit Keys" (at bottom of screen)
4. Upload your keys and wait some hours...

(I hope you didnt think of automatic keyupload).
