IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer or Visual Age for Java, SQL
database (DB2, Oracle, etc.), UML and Linux (or at least UNIX)
absolutely required. A Sun background is nice, but you must have a
year or more of the IBM tools production experience. Background with
XML, IBM MQ series, OSGi and a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
like Siebel is a big plus. You have to have at least a few of these if
not all. Because the project is under a deadline, they need someone
who can jump in and start programming after being taught what the
project is. There are 3 months left on this pilot project. Then you
will start expanding it, installing it, doing some business analysis
and more programming. You will be going out to the customers to figure
out how to make it fit their needs better. Then you''ll come back and
