We're now accepting registrations for the AA-FTT meeting in Chicago. Because we have a bigger room than in the past, we expect that we'll be able to accommodate everyone who wants to come. However we need an accurate count for catering and to make sure we're not wrong about our belief that we'll be able to accommodate everyone.
If we run short of space, we'll accept registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. So register early.
What: AA-FTT Hands on Workshop with Functional Testing Frameworks for Agile Teams
When: Sunday, August 23, 2009 (the day before the Agile2009 conference starts).
Where: Hyatt Regency Chicago (same hotel as the Agile2009 conference).
Who Should Attend: Anyone with an interest in Agile-friendly testing frameworks including testers, developers, business analysts, product owners, etc. You do not need to be registered for the Agile2009 conference to participate. (However, we do expect that all participants will have at least some level of experience with Agile development practices and with Agile-friendly test automation frameworks such as those discussed on this mail list.)
Cost: 0. We're funding the meeting out of our budget. You will, however, have to pay your own travel costs. We're not subsidizing travel for anyone this time.

As I think you all know, this is a peer-driven event, not a class with a formal agenda. We'll have a loose structure, though we'll make sure big group discussions are facilitated so they stay on topic.
Speaking of which, if you are planning to come to the meeting, have facilitation experience, & would be willing to facilitate portions of the meeting, please contact me offline. I'd like to establish a (small) facilitation team for this meeting so we can take turns facilitating and participating.
