complete solution to this issue.
I found an error in the A chord (down one fret too far), and there
are inconsistencies in some of the other ones that probably should be
fixed up (which open strings can be used).

I'll use the chord chart in the back of one of the Silverman books
and try to fill this out to contain all of those chords in the next
few days. Then somebody else can write some ABC to check them
all :) Well maybe I'll get around to doing that also.
