About the Apple Corps

The Apple Corps of Dallas (ACD) is a Texas organization. The basic purpose of ACD is to promote and encourage the education, training and understanding of its members and guests in the use of microcomputers in homes, schools and businesses. ACD is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and membership contributions and donations are tax deductible. ACD is not affiliated in any way with Apple Computer, Inc.

The Apple Corps of Dallas (ACD) is the oldest Apple Computer User Group still in operation, established in January of 1978. Our members are primarily from the Dallas and Fort Worth area, although we enjoy membership from all over the world. Our aim is to provide you with the latest information on your computer, to offer help in solving problems and to present forums for discussion.
