If you want to emphasize on the irreducibility of complexity I would look at the book After method published in 2005 by john law and his reivindaction of alegory as a textual or narrative strategy to cope with complexity.
A good example of what earlier ANT-approaches to complexity were or rather of how this complexity was to be reduced and the limitations of this sociotechnical method can be found in the discussion trigered by this article:

Hope this helps. Otherwise if your interest in complexity goes beyong ANTinian approaches I'd recommend to take a look at Luhmann's analysis of complexity in his book Social Systems, 1996, I think...
