Hi Bas,
Thanks for the link. Another reference I use to seek relation between
ANT and democracy is through Latour's book: Politics of Nature (2004).
I think Latour use a different entry point as he use in Science in
Action. As far I understand, in his earlier work Latour use ANT to
de-construct (or opening 'black boxes') grand theory, reality, while
in Politics of Nature he start to make some 'black boxes' by introduce
two house of representatives: nature and society.

I don't whether my perception is true or false.
