Hi Joel,
I believe what you want to do can be done and has been done many times.
I cannot give you all the answers because I have not done it yet but am
reading studying and building models. There is much to be learned from
books like Tom Beardens "Energy From the Vacuum" and many others as
well. It is a long and arduous journey but I trust it will pay
dividends in the end.
