Some vendors in this category include Amazon.Com, Barnesandnoble.com, and other book vendors; CD Universe, CD Now, and other music vendors; and all 125 vendors listed at http://www.markwelch.com/bannerad/baf_commission.htm

Seth: I applaud your decision to go that extra mile for your affiliates. Too many self-administered affiliate programs do not have any type of escrow account.
