We have multiple projects that need Technical Leads and senior level developers.
We are entering an age where our clients are embracing full Agile

technical skills needed:
* strong OO development
* 5+ years experience with J2EE. Preferably across all tiers.
* web services
* hands on experience with agile development practices including, Scrum,
TDD and Continuous Integration

nice to have:
* Ruby, Groovy, Grails

other skills needed::
* Autonomous, able to deliver on a project with little or no customer
supervision.
* Very good communication skills
* Someone that can lead by example and coach more developers on development
best practices like TDD and pair programming
* Excellent critical thinking skills

What to expect as a Pillar Tech Lead:
- Work with highly skilled, passionate and experienced agile developers and
agile coaches (process and development)
- Work in an environment that includes Test First Development, Paired
Programming and continuous integration
- Be in an environment of constant learning and continual sharing of ideas with
co workers
- Create and design intricate software solutions using the latest agile
development practices
- Coach and mentor junior developers on how to become highly skilled with Object
Oriented development
- Interact directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Become a true agile generalist by experiencing all phases of software
development from design to implementation
- Become a true software craftsman who focuses on creating quality software
