Primary Responsibilities

* Participate in system design and architecture decisions
* Participate in continuing to minimize technical debt
* Collaborate with other team members to evolve development processes
* Work with customers and product management on identifying and refining enhancements
* Own a feature end to end

Requirements

* Strong object-oriented development skills
* Understanding of various aspects of web application development (MVC, Databases, ORM, Presentation layer)

Even Better

* Experience with Java
* Experience with Unit Testing and TDD
* Experience with scaling an application to handle the ever-increasing needs of its customers
* Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
* Experience with profiling and tuning of applications for performance and scalability
