Are you interested in testing state-of-the-art neurodiagnostic devices
in an exciting and fast-paced Agile/Scrum development environment? Do
you have an Agile Attitude?

If you answered yes to these questions, Cadwell Laboratories has a
great Agile Software Test opportunity for you. You will work with
other team members, developers and program managers to raise any
issues with feature design, determine proper testing needs for ongoing
releases, write and automate detailed test cases to cover your area
thoroughly and to ensure bugs are identified early and fixed.

Requirements for this position are:

• At least three years of testing experience, preferably with Windows
applications
• Experience writing black box and GUI test cases, designing tests to
mitigate risks, and helping business experts define requirements
• Desire to work on an agile software development team
• At least one year of experience automating tests
• At least one year of experience with scripting languages (VBScript,
Perl, Ruby, Python, etc) , and/or open source unit test tools (nUnit,
jUnit, etc), and/or commercial test tool scripting languages, and/or
programming in any language
• Windows administration and/or scripting skills (a plus, but not
required)
• Knowledge of basic Windows commands; Windows shell scripting skills
a plus
• Good problem-solving skills
• Courage to learn, ask questions, and ask for help
• Experience collaborating on some level with programmers and business
experts
• Experience in context-based, exploratory, or scenario testing a plus
• Ability to work as part of a self-directed team, in which you
determine your tasks on a daily basis in coordination with co-workers,
rather than waiting for work to be assigned to you

Primary responsibilities include:

• Test planning and case development for product features to ensure
complete requirements-to-test-matrix coverage
• Conducting reviews of test plans and cases, building consensus with
developers
• Test case automation, execution and maintenance for assigned product
areas
• Documentation of bugs with steps to reproduction, expected and
actual results
• Champion product issues with product owners and developers to help
improve customer experience

So come join our great team! If you have the above experience and
skills, we provide a unique opportunity to work with state of the art
neurodiagnostic and monitoring equipment in a team small enough to
make a big impact on product quality and in a beautiful area that's
great to live in.

Relocation available.
