As it seems that you're not getting much out of us, I'll give you my
experience with RUP. I've met several people and organizations that say
they are doing RUP or think they are doing RUP. All of them are really
doing waterfall or chaos disguised as RUP.

The waterfall phases are just renamed to be the RUP phases (or whatewer
inception, construction etc. are called).

So, not much to talk about, except maybe that make sure your client
understands that this is not the old and trusted waterfall before you
start the project.
