we are trying to find out relationship between CMM model and XP.
acctually this not my research. my research is related to the planning game.

Chetan, I think it's great you're doing PhD-level research on agile
development, there's not enough of that going on, imo. Looking very
briefly at the survey, I think it could use a thorough proofread for
spelling and grammar, and I think the data you derive will be more
useful if you can design your questions to be more specific (for
example: in the last question on page 2, you need to define what you
mean by small / medium / big project size). Try going through each
question, and each response, and asking yourself "What are all the
different ways of interpreting this question/answer?", and then try to
remove as much of that ambiguity as possible. You might be able to find
someone to help you do this by posting a call for help to this or
another of the agile lists.

Yeah, I hate sloppy work too; it drives me nuts when someone produces something that's obviously flawed, and with a little more work could have made it so much...
