I have checked with the other members of the Planning Committee and the Holiday
Inn reservations staff.

We have not reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn for the conference.
Yet, when I call the hotel, they informed me they do not have any room
availability for the weekend of the Alchemy Conference due to a Ski Pro 2009
event booked for the LA Convention Center at that time.

The Planning Committee is reviewing hotels in the area to update the information
we have on the web site.

Thanks you for bringing this to our attention, Janet. I am confident we will be
able to identify alternatives.
