I was having a similar problem but with the right channel: buzz/distortion/low
volume/slight
hum. I got a hold of a service manual and some FETs and was all set to do some
serious
diagnosis. I checked the connection between the volume control and the main
board and it
seemed sound but I thought what the heck and simply re-seated it. The problems
disappeared. Its been several days now and the synth still sounds as good as
new. I'll
probably resolder the connector just to be sure. So, even if the connector looks
solid, give it
a un-plug/re-plug and see if that fixes it.

I had the same output problem that many have had, main left and headphone left output too low or non-existent. I opened her up and pushed down fairly strongly...

hmm - I've got a Micron with a left output problem too - but it manifests as a very loud buzz - dissassembled & checked out the connectors which seem sound....

OK so this problem solved in the end? Cause I also have the same problem, buzz on the left channel. I disconnected volume control, only main PCB left and buzz...

Thank u very much! So it must be output jacks, FETs or volume control. I opened it already but didnt found nothing wrong with connections. I will open it today...
