We are a huge and reputable software house (CMMI Level 5 and near one
thousand employee). We are in urgent and immediate need to hire a
group of senior Java developers. Our major concern is how fast they
can join us. So, the major criteria we will base our selection on is
how early your joining date is. We offer competitive packages and

Your role:
----------
You will receive a requirement definition / specification document
from our analysts. You will be required to carefully understand and
act on this document. You will be required to produce a detailed
technical design / technical architecture that can be used to
implement the requirements you received. You may need to lead and
assign tasks for our Java developers as well.
Mandatory qualifications:
-------------------------
0- Must be able to join us fast
1- Must be able to perform the role specified in 'Your role' above in
a high level of excellence
2- Must have at least 3 years of experience in developing Java
applications
Optional / preferred qualification:
-----------------------------------
1- Experience in developing web based applications in general
2- Experience in developing web applications using JSF
3- Experience in developing web applications using AJAX
4- Experience in developing Java applications that are based on Open
Source (i.e., not based on a specific vendor like Oracle /
JDeveloper, ... etc)
5- Experience in ECLIPSE
