You say you ordered "a Halloween costume from here over two weeks
ago, was told it would be at my house in about a week."
Has it yet arrived? Which company was it?
"They do not have a phone number."
Was this web site mentioned on dialashop? If so, email us and tell us
which one. If it was not mentioned in the main section, then the best
advice is to never order from a company that does not have an address
and telephone number.
If the web site is not on dialashop, then give us an email and I will
see if I can help. Please do it via contact info with dialshop on the
title.
"Now I will probably not have my costume by
the time I leave town for Michigan, where I am supposed to go to a
Halloween party. Not only may I be out the money I spent, but they
have ruined my Halloween."
