Referring to the subject line, I believe that you have received a message from our Program Officers in charge of each Host Institution around mid of August asking you all to fill out the questionnaire on your experiences and achievements with our Graduate Programs. To cover all necessary information, the questionnaire comprises many questions and, thus, is quite long. However, we would like to emphasize that your frank answers to the questions would be very important and useful inputs for us to improve the the programs in order to maximize the programs' benefits. In addition, your complete response can also help us measure the impacts of the program in view of an individual scholar. 

 

So far we have received completed questionnaires from 37 Master's graduates and 7 PhD Sandwich graduates. On this occasion, I would like to extend cordial thanks to those who already returned the questionnaires.

 

However, the said figures of the respondents is still very low compared to the total graduates the project has produced over 7 years (over 200 Master's graduates and 16 PhD Sandwich graduates).  

 

In thi regard, I would like to ask those who have not yet responded to spare some time and fill out the questionnaire and return it to us as soon as possible or by 3 Sep 08.
