To cover all necessary information, the questionnaire comprises many questions and, thus, is quite long. However, we would like to emphasize that your frank answers to the questions would be very important and useful inputs for us to improve the the programs in order to maximize the programs' benefits. In addition, your complete response can also help us measure the impacts of the program in view of an individual scholar.    So far we have received completed questionnaires from 37 Master's graduates and 7 PhD Sandwich graduates. On this occasion, I would like to extend cordial thanks to those who already returned the questionnaires.   However, the said figures of the respondents is still very low compared to the total graduates the project has produced over 7 years (over 200 Master's graduates and 16 PhD Sandwich graduates).     In thi regard, I would like to ask those who have not yet responded to spare some time and fill out the questionnaire and return it to us as soon as possible or by 3 Sep 08.   For your convenience, the questionnaire is already uploaded to all YahooGroups.    Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.    Thank you very much for your attention and cooperation. Dear AUN/SEED-Net students and alumni,

 

Blissful greetings from AUN/SEED-Net! Hope this message finds you healthy and happy.

 

Since 2005, the project has collected publication information of all students and alumni. Today, I write to ask for your cooperation to update your previously-reported publications as well as share new publication information.

 

Please use the report form enclosed (in excel format). The form is designed in a way that the data could be input into our database appropriately. Therefore, it is important that you follow the instructions in the file very carefully. Kindly note that only publications of three kinds should be reported, namely   

 

A. Proceeding (of an international or national conference/seminar, including Field-wsie Seminars)

B. National Journal Paper (please state if it's a university paper)

C. International Refereed Journal Paper

 

For those publications reported previously, please refer to the "List of publications" sheet and kindly update the record of or provide complete info of the publications, especially "5 Keywords" of each publication. You cannot edit the record in the sheet as it is protected. To update or correct the information, please copy and paste the data in the Report Form sheet, then correct/update data.  

 

For new publications, kindly fill in the information of your publications which have been either (1) submitted, (2) accepted, (3) presented or (4) published in the "Report Form" sheet.

 

Please return the completed form to this e-mail address or my e-mail address below together with abstract of each publication, preferrably in the format given herewith.

 

Students/ alumni who have already given your publication information to other Program Officers, I hope you don't mind filling up the form once again to make sure that all required information is reported.

 

In the future, if you have more publications, please be reminded to fill in the form and send to me, so that we can keep track of your publications in a systematic way.

 

Lastly, please help complete the form as soon as you can. We would really appreciate it if you could make it within July 15, 2008.
