Hello Fellow Astronuts,
I had gone to Nuh, with Sneh and Atish to image Comet Boattini, on 3rd May. The
estimated magnitude (not from my observation) was about 8th.
The comet is brightning presently and moving towards the sun. Its an evening
comet, and will go a bit lower each day, above the western horizon and should be
visible till about May 25th.
Here is the photo, not a very good one. The were a few high clouds in the comets
way.

There were a lot (200?) of S.P.A.C.E. students from various schools taking their
Module II field trip. Vikrant and other facilitators were running their night
programmes.
Nuh is a good site, and much better in the cold months starting from october to
march. I remember shooting Comet Tuttle on december 30th last year when it was
very close to the triangulum galaxy. The photo came out spectacular by my measly
standards, all due to the nice site.
