Image of Lunar Eclipse as shot by CB Devgun, President SPACE during TLE, Dec
10th was released today as special cover during 7th State Level Philatelic
exhibition of Delhi Circle known as Dharohar-2012 at National Science Centre.

This unique photograph which explains the phases of the total lunar eclipse was
observed on 1oth of December 2011 at SHANTI STUPA PEACE PAGOTA, New Delhi,and
was earlier acclaimed as one of the most impressive astronomy pictures and
selected by APOD (Astronomy picture of the Day).
