This is a picture from the 2009 Black Forrest Star Party held in Cherry Springs, Pennsylvania on Sept. 18-20 2009.Our very own James and Sue Schultheis attended and sent us this picture of a small area of the observation field.They said clear and dark skies were enjoyed by all!

Conditions were good last night with 50 deg F. temps seeing was poor but so what. Dark window was 6:43pm to 9:50pm. Sue did not observe, and I had the 15"
We conquered faint fuzzies last night. Started out with Mirach's Ghost (NGC404), then mowed over to vdB1-reflection Nebulae. Only James could get excited
