Two things:
1. I'll be running two intro to agile workshops at the
conference, giving an agile@scale presentation,
facilitating an "Agile in the real world" panel, and
participating on a geographically distributed
development (GDD) panel (my position will be that you
can be agile in a distributed environment, blog
postings to come soon). If you're at the conference,
I'll be the guy running around in the incredibly
stylish Tilley hat. There's a bunch of other great
agile talks at the conference, including case studies.
2. The issue that prompted this email is the fact that
the early bird registration for the conference is
closing tomorrow. Sorry for the late announcement.
