My current DDJ print column entitled "Anatomy of a
Failed Agile Project" is now online at

The column describes a financial company's experience
at failing to adopt agile approaches to software
development. Although they had a few unique cultural
challenges, I suspect that there are many lessons to
be learned for any organization currently considering,
or currently in the process of adopting agile.

As you would expect the names of the company and the
people involved have been changed to protect the
extremely guilty. ;-)
