I recently wrote about the APMM at

APMM defines three levels of process maturity:
Level 1 -- Processes such as Scrum and AM which address a portion of the
lifecycle.
Level 2 -- Processes such as OpenUP and DSDM which address the full delivery
lifecycle.
Level 3 -- Processes which address scaling issues, often tailored level 2
processes.
