Dear Group:
New Develoments at American Antigravity!
Had time to check out the website lately? If not, take a few minutes to check
out the embedded streaming video clips that I've added to several of the pages
on the site.
Also, new developments in the power-supply arena serve to provide a new
direction in low-voltage, high-current performance for the Lifter 4.
We're also working towards putting together large power-supplies and bigger
Lifters to increase the overall performance of the Lifter in hefting larger
amounts of weight.
Thanks;
Tim Ventura

Dear Group:
I just finished adding two additional pages to the American Antigravity
website -- if you haven't had the chance to check out the new technologies that
we're working with, take the time to visit us online at:
http://www.americanantigravity.com
Discovery Channel Interview:
Peter and Sheera Von Puttkamer visited AAG on April 14th to film the Lifter
technology for their upcoming "Future Factor" television series to air on
Discovery this fall. During the nearly 10 hours of filming, they came away with
lots of great footage of the Lifters in action, including the newer smoke-test
footage to demonstrate the effect of the Lifter on the surrounding air during
flight.
http://www.americanantigravity.com/gryphon.html
Golden Thread Magazine Interview:
Bruce Smith, a local writer for the paranormal and metaphysical magazine Golden
Thread, dropped by in mid-March for a demonstration of the Lifter technology.
He's working on a comprehensive article on AG technology for Golden Thread,
that addresses not only the technological implications of Antigravity
technology but also the philosophical and metaphysical aspects as well.
http://www.americanantigravity.com/brucesmith.html
For additional information on this technology, please visit the American
Antigravity website - we have over 50 pages of photos and documentation on
Lifter technology, including plans to build your own device to see for yourself
how this technology works.
++ MORE SMOKE TESTS: I spent about 8 hours on Friday running smoke from various
sources through a 2-cell stacked Lifter combo and a homebuilt Deseversky
Ionocraft design to attempt to get detailed video footage of the airflow
effects in the Lifter. I have over 75 mpeg video clips from these tests alone,
but due to difficulty with lighting I will only have a few clips that I will
actually keep.
I will keep everyone posted on the status of the smoke-testing, as I think that
it is an important part of experimentation with the Lifter technology.
Certainly it seems to outline where the Ion-Wind component of thrust ends and
the Biefeld-Brown component begins -- perhaps it can serve as a useful future
resource for creating generally more efficient Lifters that take advantage of
ALL available means of propulsion in a mixed-mode effect.
Also, if there are any new technologies out there on the horizon, I'd certainly
like to find out more about them -- I know that several new and innovative
approaches have recently surfaced, but I have been so involved with my own
research that its been difficult to keep up with their development.
In other news, I am working on creating a much larger power-supply for tests on
an oversized Lifter for this summer. I am hoping to try and create one up to 9-
feet on a side, and test it with a supply that is potentially up to 10-times
more powerful than the 250-watt supply that I am currently using.
++ WIRED MAGAZINE: We've all been waiting on this interview for close to a
year, and Clive Thompson has told me that thanks to the relentless work of both
himself and the editors as Wired, he should be wrapping up his interview with
the folks at NASA sometime in the VERY near future. Completion of the NASA
interview means that he can then move forward with publishing the article in
Wired Magazine, perhaps in June or July of this year.
http://www.americanantigravity.com/wired-interview.html
++ HUTCHISON EFFECT: During the Interview with Gryphon Productions, Peter Von
Puttkamer briefly described his work filming with John Hutchison for another
episode of the "Future Factor" series due to air this fall. Puttkamer indicated
that the mysterious "top" -- considered to be a child's toy that Hutchison
experiments on in his latest video -- is actually suspended on a string and
being moved back and forth very vigorously by the high-powered equipment that
John conducts his experimentation with. I have a brief video clip of this
effect online on the AAG site at my Hutchison effect page:
http://www.americanantigravity.com/hutchison.html
++ UNITEL NORTHWEST: I may be taking down the Unitel Northwest technologies
page in the near future, as their website has been offline for a considerable
period of time and it appears that they may have closed up shop. Be sure to
check out the page now while its still online at:
http://www.americanantigravity.com/unitelnw.html
++ THE MARCUS DEVICE: I haven't heard much about this device lately, and Marcus
now seems to be permanently offline. I will contact him in the near future to
find out what he's been up to.
http://www.americanantigravity.com/marcus.html
++ KNUCKLE-DEEP: Similarly to Marcus, KD (in the Seattle area) has been doing
research into rotating magnetic fields, and he's been hoping to create more
powerful prototypes for testing in the near future. Results of his newer
experimentation are still pending, but check out the Antigravity Yahoo Group
for additional postings about his latest work!

Dear Group:
I'm pleased to announce two new pages on the American Antigravity website:
GODIN-ROSCHIN EXPERIMENT: This page is still in the process of being created,
but I have nearly completed a detailed overview of the Godin & Roschin
replication of a Searle-Effect Generator. They didn't replicate it exactly, but
even with minor technical differences they still claim to have excellent
results.
http://www.americanantigravity.com/godinroschin.html
HOVERTECH: I've completely rebuilt the Hovertech page to feature additional
photos and links. These were the newsletters inspired me to start researching
AG technology in 1992, and this is somewhat of a tribute page to Bill Butler's
research.
http://www.americanantigravity.com/hovertech.html
NEW LIFTER-ARTICLES: I have added pictures to the Lifter Articles that I wrote,
and have them online in both MS-Word and Adobe-PDF format. You can download the
Zip archives from the main page of the AAG website (in the News section).
VORTEX THRUSTER: I am currently doing some experiments with Vortex-Flows to see
if the Vortex Thruster has any potential on a small scale. IE -- I'm hoping
that I can build one with a pound or two of thrust, in order to validate that
the idea works.
I hope to have some new pages online for this within the next few days, or at
least some video clips online.
In the meantime, there is a Korean Company working with Vortex suction-devices
that DOES have video up on the web -- two 5mb AVI files that you can download
from the vortex-page they've posted. These show that in a suction-mode a device
very similar to the vortex-thruster can create a "channel" of airflow that can
actually absorb smoke from up to 10-feet away! The idea is similar to a tornado
in concept ...

Dear Group:
The URL below links to a clip of something called a "Vortex Vent" -- basically
a rotating nozzle that connected to a vacuum-source. The idea is that when the
air spins rapidly enough, it creates a mini-tornado that can actually create
suction from up to 10-feet away.
If this URL is split into 2 lines, you might have to recombine them in notepad
and then paste into your browser in order to see the clip.

This is similar to the technology that I have been experimenting with lately,
although I don't have a perfected model yet like the one in this clip.

Dear Group:
I've posted two new pages online at the AAG site -- one for the Vortex-
Thruster experimentation that I've been doing and a second for the Bose-
Einstein Condensate & Plasma experiments that Gravity Control Technologies in
Hungary has been working on.
VORTEX THRUSTER:
I know that I sound like a broken record to keep talking about the vortex-
thruster idea, but something about the idea of centrifugal fans has always
intrigued me. They don't really cut the air like a propeller -- they more or
less throw it out of the way like a blender, and this bulk-form of moving air
has some aesthetic as well as functional appeal.
I've been pricing micro-turbine engines online lately -- fun to play with, and
an obvious possibility for generating the high-voltages for Lifters and *LOTS*
of other little toys that I could build. If you've ever looked these up,
you'll soon realize that they're well out of the price range of mere-mortals --
starting about about $1500 and rapidly moving into the $3000 range for even a
model aircraft system! Looks like I'll have to win the lottery before I take
up microturbines as a hobby ...
In comparison, centrifugal fans are cheap -- dirt cheap, in fact. In case
you're not sure what a centrifugal fan is, they're what drives your vacuum-
cleaner, leaf-blower, air-conditioner, and a hundred other types of air-moving
equipment. They're used in industry because they're easy to design,
inexpensive, and they get a lot of bang for the buck in terms of power.
The idea behind the Vortex-Thruster is that centrifugal fans can be used to
create an artificial tornado in a vehicle application. This was the work of
Mikhail Goldshtik, a Russian immigrant-scientist to the United States started
the University of Houston's Vortex-Thruster project in the 1990's. His ideas
were based on work with rotating fluid-flow systems conducted in Russia that
he brought with him to the states, and he was the central figure behind the
University of Houston's Vortex-Thruster project.
Unofortunately, it appears that Goldshtik passed away from age-related illness
in 1997, and the University has since taken the Vortex-technologies site
offline. Through the miracle of "The Wayback Machine", I've been able to dig
up the site's 2000-year archived copy for reference material, and cite it on
the American Antigravity Vortex Thruster page.
What makes the Vortex-Thruster so interesting to me is:
1. Unlike jet-engines, the vortex-technology functions better at low-speeds
and altitudes, much like a helicopter. However, since it doesn't have a rotor,
its much better suited to city use, in a point-to-point transportation role.
2. The Vortex-Thruster is much more efficient than helicopter and aircraft
technology. Goldshtik estimated that a 1-meter vortex-assembly could lift up
to 4-tons of weight, and could be up to 20-times more efficient than a jet-
turbine.
3. The direction of thrust in the vortex-thruster is the same as the direction
of airflow. That is, the air flows in a reverse manner throughout the system
(from the vehicle's side or bottom up to beneath the rotor) and is then pushed
out over an airfoil through centrifugal acceleration.
In my own experimentation, I've already seen the point that Goldshtik was
making -- I've built and have been experimenting with an electric version of
his idea, and the air does indeed create thrust despite flowing backwards
through the system. This is the result of a vortex-cone being formed in the
air during operation -- I believe that with a bit more work I can greatly
capitalize on this to get better results.
Here's the URL:
http://www.americanantigravity.com/vortexthruster.html
GRAVITY CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES:
Robert Chambers from BAE told me that this Hungarian startup is connected with
the Firmage ISSO company, so I took the opportunity to check out their site
and ended up creating a page for them on mine.
GCT is working with ultra low-temperature atomic clouds, Bose-Einstein
Condensates, and mercury-plasma vapor chambers to try and create a spin-effect
on the atomic level to parallel the work that Podkletnov has done with
superconductors. If successful, their results should be more profound than
Podkletnov's were in that they hope to heft several grams of weight
immediately, and then rapidly move up to larger payloads.
While the idea of Antigravity in a refrigerator doesn't immediately sound
appealing, it is of interest to note that their approach has intuitive
connections to a variety of concepts that have been available for some time,
such as:
Plasma Antigravity: The idea of using mercury vapor plasmas to conduct
electrical current is one that has been kicking around the UFO community for
quite some time. One of the prototypes that's been discussed is supposed to
use a high-temperature mercury-plasma to conduct an enormous current in a
circular fashion, which then creates an Antigravity effect.
It's interesting to note that the plasma vapor UFO is supposed to be a "human-
built" device -- the rumor mill has it that if ET exists they're using
something more advanced than this... perhaps the fabled Element 115
(Unobtainium) :o)
Bose-Einstein Condensates: Victor sent me a minor correction for some of the
text on the page that while BEC's play a role in the GCT system they aren't
necessarily the only element. The possibility of BEC's playing a role in
Antigravity is an interesting idea -- these are apparently the new "5th state"
of matter. In a BEC, a cloud of atoms is refrigerated to the point where they
basically lose all of their molecular energy.
Apparently, since everything in nature has at least a tiny little bit of
atomic vibration on a normal basis, BEC's break the rule enough that they take
on some interesting properties, such as the entire cloud of atoms behaving as
if it was one single really-big atom.
I'm not well-versed in the physics behind BEC's, so other than somebody
telling me that 3-dimensional objects are supposed to exist in 4-d space I
don't want to get in over my head on that subject without more research. The
explanation that I heard was that with so little energy available, it would
appear that BEC's don't exist in exactly the same dimensions that normal space
does, which is one reason why their properties are so strange. Another
explanation is that the electron orbits get "smeared" all over in-between
different atoms, which makes the behave as a connected entity in a new manner.
Anyhow, GCT has a real understanding of BEC physics, which means that if you
want to learn about how they BEC's really behave you should check out my page
and then visit their site online, instead of just reading the technical
goobleygoop that I've been babbling on about.
Rotating Magnetic Fields: Victor's indicated that based on the GCT work,
rotating magnetic fields are the way to go for large-scale Antigravity
effects. Instead of simply using a rotating coil apparatus like the Marcus
device or Searle, GCT wants to capitalize on rotation and spin on an atomic
level -- making all of those tiny billiard-balls roll in the same direction to
create a net spin effect.
That's not to say that the Marcus device and other more conventional methods
of creating rotating magnetic fields don't work, its just that the physics
(despite being incredibly arcane) is much more defined for BEC's than for what
Marcus and others have been working with. Victors impression is that Marcus
results may be a "shadow effect" of the real potential of rotational magnetism
with relation to Antigravity.

Thanks again, and I will continue to research the vortex-technology on my own
for the time being to learn more about how it works. I've been cutting out
foam-airfoils and airflow-enhancers for the apparatus that I've constructed,
and I hope to have some good video for you in the near future.
For the time being, I've connected the output of a leaf-blower to a vacuum-
cleaner motor to try and pump air underneath the vacuum-impeller's blades, as
indicated on the UH Vortex-tech page. This is already providing initial
results, and I can see the beginnings of a defined vortex during operation,
but its still too early to capture meaningful data in video.
Sincerely;
Tim Ventura

Dear Group:
We've got new videos online -- and lots of them! I've been converting new video
clips to smaller-sized Windows-Media format files, and uploading them to the
American Antigravity video-archive.
I've been able to compress down most of the files to a 30-second clip running
at 244 kB (seems to be the average!)
I've uploaded the first Vortex-Thruster video, as well as different versions of
several others. They should load much more rapidly now, and there's new content
up there that you haven't seen yet.
I've added new links to the main page of the AAG site as well -- including my
cheesy attempt at an online store(CafePress lets you stamp your digital photos
onto their products, so I figured why now?)
Anyhow, that's the news for American Antigravity -- at least for today. I am
building a more complex version of the Vortex-Thruster, but I probably won't
have video of it tonight.

Dear Group:
I've completed two new pages on the American Antigravity site, and I'm in the
middle of putting together a new prototype -- the Lifter-9. This nine-foot
beast is intended for testing with a new high-output power-supply from
Information Unlimited, and I hope to have experimental results online in the
near future.
Additionally, Clive Thompson finally finished the Lifter-technology article for
Wired Magazine, which should be printed in the August 2003 issue of Wired
Magazine. This article is a comprehensive review of Lifter technology, and is
to include detailed info on Naudin, Transdimensional Technologies, Blaze Labs,
and other key experimental resources.
LIFTER-9 CONSTRUCTION:
This page contains photos from construction of the Lifter-9 prototype. Although
its not complete yet, I do have some excellent photos of the construction
process on this page.
http://www.americanantigravity.com/lifter9-construction.html
WIRED-PHOTOS:
This page contains info on the Wired-Magazine photo session conducted by
photographer Mike Lorrig and assistant Rory Grinde. Because the flash-equipment
that he used caused power-supply problems, the photos focused on motion
photography. Interestingly, it looks like Wired's primary photo will not use
motion photography and will be a head-on facing photo of the Lifter 4.

Dear Groups:
Sorry to intrude, but I am finishing a major overhaul of the front-end of
the American Antigravity website. Now that I've been able to start on my
interview project, I realized that I was long-overdue to make some changes
on the website, and I think that the re-structuring that I've begun will
make things easier to use.
I've also created a gigantic page for the Hutchison-Effect at:
http://www.americanantigravity.com/hutchison.shtml
BTW - The interview that I conducted with John Hutchison is ONLINE -- you
can download it from:
http://www.americanantigravity.com
(Bill Alek kindly loaned me some space on his site, because I have to be
very careful about bandwidth usage for the time being).
INTERVIEWS:
I haven't really uploaded the interviews yet like I need to, but the
H-Effect interview is working. The Russell Anderson interview is in the
'files' section of the AGGROUP at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/aggroup/files/
Additionally, I conducted a 1/2 hour interview with Information Unlimited's
Bob Iannini yesterday -- I will be posting that online as well.
(note: Bob tells me that Info Unlimited is going to be completely renovating
their website in the very near future).
Thanks!

Dear All:
With the assistance of Bill Alek for high-band hosting, I've added two new
interview links to the American Antigravity website. These are Windows Media
Audio-Only files, and meant to focus on the ideas that we all know and love
in Antigravity and Field-Effect Propulsion:
1. Bill Alek: The focus of this interview is on the fluctuating mass
Antigravity design that Bill has been working on, as well as how his
perspective on gravity has changed since he returned from the Santa Cruz
Gravitational Mystery Spot. Bill's also selling a DVD of the 4-day
experience on his website, which captures the gravitational anomaly effect
well enough that it made me feel nauseous due to the not-quite-normal nature
of the fields he recorded. Bill also talks a bit about Free Energy, and
details some of the beginnings of a brand-new revision that he's creating to
Relativity Theory.
2. James E. Cox: We caught up the intrepid inventor in-between projects to
talk briefly about his research into Inertial Propulsion and also about his
Patented Dipole Thruster Technology. Cox has built and tested designs for
both of these devices, and I was able to discuss with him the results of my
recent 1st Dipole-Thruster test and potential improvements to Lifter and
other designs based on the results. Jim also addresses the rumor about the
B-2 Bomber's 'stealth' and 'antigravity' characteristics, based on his
knowledge of ion-wind and Biefeld-Brown research.
The interviews can be found on the following page:

Dear Groups:
The more research I do, the more I realize the importance of both the work
of Hutchison & Gagnon with relation to manipulating matter. I've tried to
briefly summarize below what I've pieced together on some of the many
effects that are exhibited by this technology:
Standard Chemistry
1. Chemical reactions are largely determined by interactions between the
valence electrons in atoms. Chemicals combine & properties are determined by
the way that the charges interlock between atoms (ie: the way that they
share electrons to effectively neutralize charge).
2. These electrons don't sit still -- they move inside cone-shaped orbitals
(determined by atomic properties), and this adds complexity to the
chemistry. The orbitals can be completely changed by ionizing the atom, but
in normal chemistry are largely unchanged unless a chemical bond is formed.
Gagnon's Quantum Potential Envelopes
1. Firstly, Gagnon is working in practice with the ideas that Bearden has
described in theory. Bearden's QPE technology is the same thing that Gagnon
is actually building products with. Gagnon is also working with Hutchison's
Effect, only Gagnon uses less power.
2. By using a combination of very specific frequencies, the chemical
properties of any atom can be changed to simulate any other atom. Gagnon
talks about 'loading information' into an atom by using a 'frequency
envelope', which is really just a collection of very specific frequencies.
3. When the frequencies have been applied to the atom, the chemical
properties of that atom will change. Thus, you can make an iron-bar behave
as if it was mercury, carbon, potassium, etc ....also, you can mitigate
chemical reactions that never would have occurred in nature (ie: you can
simulate the behaviour of atoms that don't actually exist).
4. Liquids and solids are different. Liquids will hold the frequencies
indefinitely, whereas with a solid the atoms will revert back to normal
quite rapidly. Thus, you can 'load' the information for a drug (like
Tylenol) into a container of water, and the water will behave as if it
actually is Tylenol even after the field has been removed.
5. There are 'constructive' and 'destructive' envelopes (groups of
frequencies). Quite literally, constructive makes things stronger,
destructive makes things weaker. Thus, you can take something like an
iron-plate and either make into 'super-iron', or else degrade it into a
puddle of jello. In iron, once the frequencies are removed the metal reverts
back to normal, however, the disruption in the molecular structure will
still remain.
6. This is also connected to time and gravity, as Bearden has indicated, but
I do not yet fully understand the connection well enough to comment.
However, what I can tell you is that from what I have read Bearden & Gagnon
seem to have a very similar view of these concepts.
Gagnon has apparently been actually creating devices to use Bearden's
Quantum Potential Envelopes for the last 30 years, and has a fully developed
theory covering effects + resonant frequencies. Not sure how he calculates
them, but it sounds laborious ..

The Paul Brown SEG Controversy
http://www.americanantigravity.com/paul-brown-seg.shtml
The Backstory:
Paul Brown was well known for his work with nuclear-remediation and
power-technologies, but shortly before his untimely death in 2002 he
released some private notes from the 1980's that revealed that he had built
and constructed a working Searl Effect Generator. His notes contained 700+
pages of material on the SEG, including correspondence with Searl, letters
to parts manufacturers, and extensive handwritten notes on how the SEG was
built. It also contained a set of photos that he'd taken of his prototype
SEG, as well as brochures and news-articles on the Searl Effect spanning a
30-year time period.
Brown did remarkable work on replicating the Searl Effect Generator, but
despite this, all of his experimentation comes down to a single 2-page
document:
The only record of Brown's SEG test-result is a single unsigned-letter
written by him to the stockholders of the Collins Corporation on December
5th, 1986. The source who provided me with this letter indicated that he'd
called Brown and discussed the letter at length, as it details a test in
which the SEG has an output of over "1,000 kilowatts of power!" Thsi source
claims that Brown validated the letter in question, which is the only known
written document in which Brown talks about the actual result of the SEG.
Apparently, the experiment generated enough power that it actually melted
the Nd magnets (with a melting point over several thousand degrees F). As a
result, Brown sought funding to build a second, larger unit, but he did not
succeed due to bad publicity surrounding Searl in the mid-1980's and he was
thus prevented from building another device to test the results.
There are two opposing viewpoints here: one is that the letter is real, and
I trust the source to have told me the truth about Brown confirming the
letter's accuracy. The other source maintains that Brown did build &
successfully test the SEG, but that the letter in question is actually a
hoax perpetrated to show that the device was unstable, when in fact it was
not.
"Low estimates of the electrical power generated solely by the DPU are
40,000 volts at 30 amp, or more than 1,000 kilowatts of power! This is one
megawatt of electrical power from a source the size of a telephone book!"
####################################
Paul Brown passed away in the late 2002 as the result of injuries sustained
from a mysterious car-accident. After his death, his notes were released and
compiled as part of an effort to later present his collected works to the
public.
The Dec 5th, 1986 letter to the Collins Co. stockholders was contained among
a box of letters and other artifacts from Brown's research. It appears to be
written by Brown, but this is where the controversy begins.
The original source of this material scanned in the letter in 2000, and
verified that the letter was an accurate representation of Brown's SEG
experiment. This source was close to Brown and spoke with him at length to
verify the validity of this letter a full two years before Brown's death.
The letter itself was faded and yellow -- definitely pre WWW material when
it was created.
Another anonymous source close to Brown maintains that the letter is a fake,
and that Paul Brown collected this merely as evidence that hoaxsters were
using his name on the internet. The letter is unsigned, which has been
claimed as evidence by one expert to indicate that it was not written by
Brown himself.
The anonymous source does maintain that Brown constructed the SEG, and also
that he got anomalous results while testing with it, but disputes the
authenticity of the letter, as well as the claim that it produced enough
power to melt the Neodymium magnets.
Who's correct here? Both sources agree that the experiment occurred, and
that it produced real, unexplainable results. The lack of signature on the
letter may either indicate that it wasn't written by Brown, or could
alternatively indicate that it was a carbon-copy of a letter that Brown had
sent that he then kept for his own records.
The reader should keep in mind that the photos shown actually do show a real
SEG that Brown built and tested, and the reader should also note that the
letters were found amoung a compilation of his private notes. Whether the
letter actually was written by him, or was instead a hoax that he collected
may never be known.

Dear Groups:
I've uploaded some new material to the American Antigravity site, including:
1. Paul Price Interview: In this half-hour clip, Paul discusses his basic
concept for Vortex-Antigravity, and provides an overview of some of the
techniques that he believes are important to building AG devices.
2. Fueling the Future-- Zero Point Energy: CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mark Goldes provides an overview of some key milestones in modern Free
Energy research.
3. Room-Temperature Superconductors, Inc: This is a follow-up link to Mark
Goldes company, which holds several key patents to facilitate the creation
of room-temperature superconductors using a new process never before seen.
4. Jeff Rense Interview: This is the 3-hour marathon interview link (in both
RealAudio and Windows Media) where I spoke at length about a variety of the
challenges and opportunities available in new-energy technologies and
antigravity research.
I will be adding an audio interview with Mark Goldes on the subject of New
Energy Technologies in the near future. I'm planning to add more material on
the business-aspects of new-energy and AG development, and believe that he'd
be an excellent candidate for that format.
In addition, I plan on conducting some EM-accelerator tests with a Phase 2
prototype next week -- hopefully I will have footage for the website within
a few days of those tests.

Dear Groups:
I had the priviledge today of conducting a 1-hour interview with Mark
Goldes. He's the CEO of Magnetic Power, Inc and its subsidiary Room
Temperature Superconductors, Inc.
Goldes has been working in new-energy technologies since the 1970's, and
while he's an inventor and has a great depth of background in these
technologies, he's also mastered the more difficult task of building a
successful company to release these products into the commercial
marketplace.
Goldes company has been working for years on a real, patented process for
creating Room Temperature Superconductors. They typically maintain a
low-profile, but I managed to sneak in an interview to learn a bit more
about how their company works and what they're in the middle of developing.
Long story short, they have a working room-temperature superconductor
technology, and are close to finishing up their ZPE-generator technology as
well.

Dear Groups:
I just finished an audio-interview with Dr. Robert Baker Jr., the creator of
http://www.gravwave.com. Dr Baker has done an excellent job collecting and
categorizing several different approaches to creating what Dr. Ning Li calls
"AC-Gravity" -- and he's applied an engineer's eye to reducing the complex
science to easily understandable techniques for testing these concepts.
The interview is about 35 minutes long (1.2mb), and available online in
Windows Media 9 format at:
http://www.americanantigravity.com/interviews.shtml
Abstract:
Beams of directed gravitational-wave energy at high-frequencies, producing
tons of force, currently under study by both the government and private
entities. These can be produced through electrical & magnetic jerks, as well
as continuous-mode effects from high-amplitude RF-signals.
In the public mind, the work of Eugene Podkletnov is arguably the beginning
of this type of research, but the achievements since his early experiments
are considerably more impressive (and much less well known) than the
mainstream media ever realized. For example, here is a selection from Baker
about the theoretical possibilities of this technology:
"Utilizing a HTSC lens for concentrating HFGW power the theoretical
ten-megawatt pulse output predicted in HFGW -03-107, 380-kilowatt continuous
power predicted in HFGW -03-117, 11-kilowatt continuous power predicted in
HFGW -03-106, and the over one-kilowatt pulse power predicted in
HFGW -03-113 could be concentrated to provide HFGW fluxes in excess of 1020
[watts/m2]."
As you can see, we're not talking about a 2% loss in weight -- in fact, the
limits on this technology are so high that it would be irresponsible NOT to
experiment with it. The experiments described often require sensitive
equipment to measure, but more often than not can be conducted using very
common materials (Baker discusses microwave-oven elements & cell-phone
emitters as a potential means of transducing MW-frequencies into a
superconductor).

Dear Group:
This WinMedia9 video-clip shows a 450-caliber railgun that I've been testing
for Info Unlimited. This is your moment of zen for the 4th of July! It's
online via the VERY GRACIOUS WILLIAM ALEK / DR. WHODINI at the following
URL:
http://www.intalek.com/AV/Mass-Driver-Large.wmv
or via the usual suspects at my site:
http://www.americanantigravity.com/video/Mass-Driver-Large.wmv
This is a 2nd generation device, capable of putting a 4.5 inch (1/4 pound)
projectile through 1-inch thick wood with projectile speeds exceeding
300-feet per second. It packs a whopping 3000+ joules of energy into an
ultrashort pulse -- accelerating the projectile from 0 to 1,050 mph in
milliseconds.
I will be adding a page for this online at
http://www.americanantigravity.com, but for the time being the video stands
alone as a record of testing. The footage shown includes firing through
drywall and particle-board to ensure that the kinetic energy is absorbed by
the target and not reflected as a ricochet.
In any event, I'm using 2-inch oak as a blast-shield to prevent debris, and
1.5-foot thick padding with steel blast-shutters to catch and slow the
projectile after firing.
In this clip, voltage has been regulated to ensure a minimum
test-velocity -- this is to reduce warping on the projectile (for
re-usability), and bleed off some of the excess kinetic-energy that would
otherwise be impacting the target, padding, and blast-shutters.
I should point out that this isn't a true railgun design, because it uses an
inductive-pulse to create acceleration rather than a constant-amperage
rail-system. However, due to difficulties in eliminating rail-erosion in
naval designs, the use of a Lenz-Law accelerator is preferred rather than
the traditional Lorentz-Force method.

Hi Everybody:
I've just completed a new interview with Mike Wright from the Ramtha School,
and Sam Barros from PowerLabs.org, online at:
http://www.americanantigravity.com/interviews2.shtml
Also, I have a new Ning Li / Baker / Podkletnov page about gravity-waves
online at:
http://www.americanantigravity.com/gravitywaves.shtml
I spent all day building the page + doing the Wright interview, so I will
keep this brief:
The general idea is that gravity waves transduce electrical energy into
gravitational wave energy in the same way that a speaker transduces
electromagnetic energy into sound. Therefore, at least for the time being,
nobody is calling gravitational-waves "over-unity", although this technology
is being developed by both conventional PhD's as well as the government (so
odds are that they'll never call it overunity).
The concept is simply a coupling, in the same way that Podkletnov's 2nd
experiment with Modanese worked --> (energy in = gravitational force out).
Podkletnov had the simplest experiment for this: stick a superconductor in a
spark gap and nuke it with a really large electrical discharge. The output
should be about a 20-pound column of force that he claimed knocked things
over in his lab.

############# Missing Scientist Update: ###############
Dr. Ning Li is still missing, and I will post the DoD funding receipt
showing where she's probably at below:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
------
Department of Defense
Annual Report on Cooperative Agreements and Other Transactions
Entered into During FY2001 Under 10 USC 2371
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
------
Agreement Number: DAAH01-01-9-R001
Type of Agreement: Other Transaction for Prototype
Title: Gravito – Electro Magnetic Superconductivity Experiment
Awarding Office: US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM),
AMSAM-AC-RD-BA
Awardee: AC Gravity, LLD
Effective Date: 25 Apr 2001
Completion Date: 25 Sep 2002
U.S. Government Dollars: $448,970
Non-Government Dollars: $ 0
Dollars Returned to Government Account: $ 0
Technical objective of this effort including the technology areas in which
the project was conducted:
Approximately 10 years ago Dr. Ning Li, then a research physicist at the
University of Alabama in Huntsville, began working on a theoretical model of
forces generated by type-II superconductors and the possibility of
generating and controlling significant gravitational forces via this new
theory. The basic idea of Dr Li’s is that a superconducting disk will
produce a significant gravitational field if a certain type of magnetic
field is externally applied. This Other Transaction will represent the
first attempt to experimentally confirm some of the theoretical predictions
of this theory. It is hoped that providing experimental confirmation of the
theory to the scientific community will validate the theory and allow the
securing of further funding to develop a practical application of this
technology.
Extent to which the cooperative agreement or other transaction has
contributed to a broadening of the Technology and industrial base available
for meeting Department of Defense needs:
This Other Transaction will allow the principal researcher (Dr. Li) to
attempt experimental confirmation of a theoretical model of forces generated
by type II semiconductors and the possibility of generating and controlling
significant gravitational forces via this new theory. If successful, the
payoffs would be enormous. i.e., the ability to generate gravitational
forces artificially would allow for new forms of propulsion, new ways of
controlling missiles and gun-launched munitions, the lowering of weight of
heavy vehicles (i.e., making a 70 ton tank appear to weight much less), and
the potential of deflecting or countering the guidance systems of missiles
which rely on inertial guidance (like theater or intercontinental ballistic
missiles). If unsuccessful, this avenue can be eliminated from future
efforts, and would put to rest the controversy surrounding these theories.
Extent to which the cooperative agreement or other transaction has fostered
within the technology and industrial base new relationships and practices
that support the national security of the USA:
The company AC Gravity Inc., owned by Dr. Li, is considered to be a
non-traditional contractor in that this company has not previously had any
Government contracts or assistance instruments, such as grants or
cooperative agreements. The potential of the cutting edge technology that is
hoped to result from the confirmation of the experiment being conducted
under this effort is of primary interest to the Government. The use of an OT
is viewed as an appropriate means of attracting this company in its initial
endeavor to do business with the Government because it eases much of the
“red tape” that AC Gravity and other contractors associate with doing
Government business. The success of this experiment would be of enormous
value to DOD weapons and weapon systems.

Dear All:
Just to follow up, the reason that the Podkletnov interview is interesting
is that he's talking about creating nano-second beams of gravitational waves
in his research lab with hundreds of pounds of force -- that's an existing
result from a very simplistic setup ( 5 megavolt dump onto SC disk).
The materials are not difficult to come by -- the superconductors are only a
couple of inches in diameter, and the high-voltage can be created using Marx
Generators. I am sure that smaller-scale replications can be conducted, and
while they may not come close to the results that he's claiming, I think
that they'll still do enough to demonstrate the effect.

I interviewed Al briefly about the Philadelphia Experiment in March, and
during our conversation I made him a promise that I'd follow up with him to
get his experiences in the future on tape. Realistically, I could have done

Dear All:
Last week Dr. Eugene Podkletnov stunned the experimental AG community with
the revelation that his Superconductng Force-Beam Generator was producing an
output in excess of hundreds of pounds of pure gravitational force.
We've just finished a follow-up interview with Podkletnov to learn more
about the results that he's been getting, and we're amazed to say that the
more we learn, the more impressive his experiments become:
Podkletnov claims that the gravitational beam is generated by a 3 to 5
megavolt drop onto a 4-inch diameter superconductor, which is enclosed in a
wrapped-solenoid to create a magnetic field around the apparatus.
Pulses are powerful enough to punch through brick, concrete, and deform
light-metals "like hitting it with a sledgehammer".
The beam doesn't disappear rapidly with distance -- in fact, its been
measured at distances of up to 5 kilometers, and seems to penetrate all
materials without a decrease in force. These are only a few of the details
that he provides as we cover listener questions in this follow-up interview.

Dear All:
Every so often, a topic comes along that's so inherently cool, it requires
mandatory coverage. After over a year of waiting, I've finally been able to
get permission to do a page on Directed Lightning....the next leap in
non-lethal weapons technology. My story comes after media exposure by CNN
and New Scientist Magazines, but I have something they don't -- video of the
research underpinning the science of these devices.
There are a few approaches to the idea, the most well-known being HSV
Technology's 193-nm Excimer Beam technology. This technique involves
creating an artificial lightning channel through the atmosphere by ionizing
an air-channel with Ultraviolet radiation. Another approach is the
more-esoteric technology in use by Xtreme Advanced Defense Systems, Inc -- a
highly-confidential process that shoots a high-voltage beam like a fire-hose
approximately 12-feet.
There have been attempts in the past to make the HSV-style technology work
for practical applications -- most notably a cooperative effort between
Boeing and the Department of Defense in the 1980's to create a
directed-lightning anti-missile system. In theory, it would have consisted
of a Boeing 747 outfitted with an underslung Carbon-Dioxide laser that would
have ionized an air-channel to allow a high-voltage electrical pulse to
knock an incoming Soviet ICBM out of the sky. However, The DoD abandoned the
project, as 5 miles was their absolute minimum acceptable range for missile
intercepts, and their prototype apparatus was only able to achieve a 3-mile
effective-range. (ref. Col John Alexander)
More recently, HSVT obtained a patent on a non-lethal application for
similar technology -- in their proprietary implementation, (US Patent
#5,675,103) they aren't worried about transmitting a high-power beam for
several miles. Instead, they've set more achievable goals, with the project
goal being to transmit a beam only a few hundred yards at most, using a
retina-friendly 193nm Excimer beam to create the ion-channel. Unlike the
DoD's CO2 laser, the excimer beam is lower in power and absorbed by the
cornea, so that permanent exposure damage to the eye is minimized.
In this kinder, gentler world of non-lethal weapons, electrocution is out --
and tetanizing beams are in. The difference is frequency, and power. The
tentanizing frequencies are high-voltage AC-signals overlaid onto a
low-power conduction current that create rapid muscle fatigue -- it's 2
seconds of discomfort, followed by 3 to 5 minutes of fatigue, which renders
the victim immobile and unharmed.
Tetanizing frequencies are already in use by Police Tasers, and they work
well. What the Taser lacks is range -- it suffers from inherently limited
range as a result of a length of wire that spools out when the Taser is
fired, limiting the effective distance to several feet in range.
For additional information on these technologies, and how they may affect
the future of law-enforcement and military-tactics, visit the American

I've just completed a 1/2 hour audio interview with Marcus Hollingshead --
the inventor of the controversial "Marcus Device". It was a brief,
off-the-cuff overview of his remarkable technology, and I hope to follow up

a non-fiction analysis of Antigravity and secret-propulsion research from
the 1930's to present.
I was able to ask him some of the pressing questions that I've been getting
sent to me, such as:
1. When's the sequel to HZP coming out?
2. How does the Kondratiev interval relate to Antigravity technology?
3. How does he feel about WA Harbinson's "Projekt Saucer" and related
WWII-era speculative-materials?
4. What did he find during his recent trip to the secret Nazi test-site in
Poland?
Nick's given a BIG thank-you to everyone who's sent him follow-up leads and
information, and I wanted to pass this on in writing. I get cc'd on some of
these, and I can tell you that he gets a LOT of email about the book.

Dear All:
In 2003 the X-Prize commission rejected the entry of Gravity Control
Technologies into the competition -- the only potential X-Prize competitor
proposing an Antigravity-based technology to reach space. The experimental
AG community was shocked and stunned, as it was yet another indicator of
disbelief and lack of support by mainstream space-science for a truly
breakthrough emerging technology.
What GCT had been proposing was a craft based on a superconductive approach
to Antigravity -- in this case, the superconductivity was to be manipulated
using a unique high-temperature SC made from a pure monoatomic structure,
sometimes referred to as ORMUS (Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Structures).
I conducted an interview on October 14th, 2004 with the head of Gravity
Control Technologies -- Victor Rozsnyay, located at GCT's office in Hungary.
Among other things, our conversation touched upon the following topics:
1. Why was GCT's X-Prize proposal rejected?
2. How to Bose-Einstein Condensates affect gravity?
3. Have you been able to create Antigravity effects in the lab?
4. A description of the monoatomic metal-like BEC elements discovered by
David Hudson.
5. Are there any craft (such as the type-1 on the website) currently under
development or completed?
6. GCT's vision for commercial AG vehicles based on your technology .

Dear All:
I've just completed both an interview and a page update for UNITEL
Aerospace -- a unique company out of Portland, Oregon with an idea for a
faster-than-light ship based on conventional quantum-mechanics.
The function of the ship is two-fold -- to begin with, it uses a
laser-system to condition space in front of the craft, so that instead of
using a conventional propellant, the ship creates a gravitational anomaly
that it literally "falls towards" -- creating a very high acceleration speed
up to 99% the speed of light.
Second, for even higher-speed transportation, the ship uses a
niobium-composite superconducting hull to create Macro-Scale Quantum
Tunneling. In essence, the ship fools the universe into thinking that it is
just a large, single particle -- and then something unique happens: the ship
can teleport instantaneously to other points in space, light years away.
UNITEL hasn't built it yet, but I was able to squeeze in a 1/2 hour
interview with UNITEL Director of Research Larry Maurer today, where he
describes their project in better detail. I've also updated the UNITEL page
on the American Antigravity website, to include examples of real-life
physics as well as links to the interview.
While it stretches the imagination to consider a spacecraft literally
vanishing and then reappearing in another location, Quantum Mechanics has
shown numerous times in the lab that this is possible to achieve using
conventional science. Also, the University of Washington has been toying
with a laser-stimulated Plasma-drive that would function in a manner very
similar to UNITEL's proposed "main drive", meaning that there is support for
both of their propulsion design-concepts in science.
