Oh, ok. So it was intentional. But... (here it comes...) I think it
would make more intuitive sence that the only window that iconifies to
an icon would be the dock window. Everything else would either iconify
to a button in the dock window (like the buddy list and IM windows),
or close the window to re-appear when the buddy list is uniconified
(like the away window). This (of course) could be configurable... I
was just surprised when I clicked on the MUI iconify button in the
mail check window and everything iconified to an icon. I was expecting
it to act like the away window.
But this is just my opinion tho...
BTW- before I got used to using the dock window, I found a way to get
the program to iconify to an icon from any window... Use the MUI
drop-down menu button. ;-)
