Yes, I know what you mean. The real proper technical
books are very expensive. I want something in
English, informative, gives reasonable answers to
relatively difficult questions, and is moderately
priced. I have books like the Galet Grape Varieties
book, but it won't answer the question to the main
difference between the Merlot and the Carmenère!
