I've noticed some interest in the Asiatic species vitis Yenshanensis
for breeding. Can anyone tell me what the vine is like in terms of
its strengths and weaknesses for grape producers?
I have had very good results in my few crosses with Vitis Coignetiae
and suspect that it is similar.
