   There is two new released available at the AMPSoft site. The new version of
AMP Calendar has some graphical improvements in calendar window and taskbar
icon along with some other minor changes. Screen Saver Control 1.60 include a
new option for deactivating the screen saver/monitor power off only for a
certain time and some minor fixes. See below for details.

   AMP Calendar 2.40

- New font for the calendar and the taskbar icon numbers.
- New option: view only the calendar itself, without borders nor menu bar.
- The taskbar icon can be transparent, and can show the numbers in bold. Also,
you can choose
   the font color for transparent icons.
- Reorganized some items in the menu bar.
- The calendar window can be closed with Escape.
- Fixed: changing the first month of the calendar caused an error in some
situations.
- Fixed: the program failed to restore the main window from the taskbar icon if
a secundary monitor
   was connected or disconnected while the program was active.

   There is available a new version of this small utility. Here is the list of

- Two new options: Load on Windows startup and show window always on top.
- The options can be hidden so the program window takes as least desktop space

   After a long time without a release, a new version of WinOFF is available.
This version included an improved interface, two new types of shut down, some
bug fixes and other minor changes. Here is the complete list of changes:

- Added administrative shut down & restart, both in local and networked
   computers.
- Improved program protection: if the program is killed, it can restarted
   itself automatically or it can perform an emergency shut down (now this works
   with Windows 2000/XP/Vista too).
- Improved interface: added a menu bar and moved the action buttons to a
   toolbar. Also, now you can enable and disable the shut down from the taskbar
   icon.
- Added a button in the shut down confirmation dialog for
   reactivating/postponing the shut down.
- If the program is already active and it's launched again, the running copy
   is activated instead of showing a warning message.
- Modified the color of the timer display graphics in order to make them more
   readable.
- Fixed some bugs that prevented using the WIN key in a keyboard shortcut.

   There is a new version of AMP WinOFF available. Below you can see the
changes since the last version:

- Full support of Windows XP Themes (using Windows XP Theme Manager by Mike
Lischke).
- Added an option for explicitly reactivate or not the last programmed shut dow.
This
   allows running the program at session start without activating last shut down.
- Related to the previous point, the shut down reactivation works now with all
modes.
- Changed the way the shut down by idle CPU works: now it's based in CPU use
percentage
   instead of using CPU idle percentage (which was rather confusing for some
people).
- The "Shut down now" menu/button now display a menu for choosing the type of
shut down,
   instead of using the last used shut down type.
- The shut down date (if any is used) is shown in the display.
- Fix: programming a shut down doesn't prevent the shut down of the system via
the Start
   Menu.
- Fix: now you can specify command line parameters for the program that is
executed before
   the shut down.

   There is available a new major version of Cookie Monster. It have a
   redesigned interface and add some interesting options to the cookie
   management. Also, I want to send a big "thanks!" to all the people that
   send me donations, you helped a lot!

   Changes since last version:

   - Redesigned interface:
     * The preserved cookie list is managed straight from the main window.
     * The two cookie lists are splitted vertically instead of horizontally, to
use better
       the available space, specially at high resolutions.
     * Several parameters for displaying the cookie lists are now configurable.
     * All the the options are now located in a separate window.
     * Full support of Windows XP Themes (using Windows XP Theme Manager by Mike

   I decided to release a version of Font Viewer prior to the release of version
4.0, since that version is delaying, and I discovered some bugs during the
development of the new version. This version have only minor new features,
but is more stable and reliable than version 3.0.

   Changes since last version:

- The code for managing fonts have been rewrited, now it is more
   scalable and stable.
- Added an option for importing categories files (*.LST).
- Improved find font options.
- The option of show ASCII characters has been updated to show ANSI
   characters (32-255 instead of 32-128).
- New keyboard shortcut for interchange windows (F2).
- The symbol fonts are now shown properly in Windows 2000/XP.
- Fixed a bug that prevent displaying some icons in the folder selection
   box.
   Also, now the last directory used is saved for future sessions.
- Fixed the problem of occasional fails in the deletion of font files.

   With some delay (I just forget it, sorry), I inform you of the release of
the new version of Cookie Monster. This new major version of Cookie Monster
include many improvements, like detailed cookie information and better
browsers support. Here is the change log:

  * The cookie list now show detailed information about each cookie instead of
    showing only the cookie file name.
  * Netscape 6/7 is now detected along with Mozilla (both use the Gecko engine
    and the same profile folders).
  * Added an extra box for other Gecko-based browsers.
  * The cookies for Mozilla, Netscape and Gecko-based browsers are now detected
    individually, so you can preserve and delete custom sets of cookies.
  * The program windows are now resizable.
  * The lists of the Preserve Cookies window now allow selecting multiple items.
  * Added basic support for Windows XP Themes.
  * Removed the buttons for creating shortcuts. They are no longer necessary
    since the shortcuts can be created by the installer.
  * Fixed the detection of Opera cookies file (now should work with versions 4
    and up). Also, Opera is no more detected as Netscape.
  * Fixed a bug that prevented the autodetection of browsers when using limited
    users in Windows 2000/XP.
  * Fixed other minor bugs.

Hello folks,

   Screen saver control 1.20 released have been released. The new version of the
program includes the option of using a hotkey for launching the screen saver
and/or powering off the monitor, allows configure the double click action of
the tray icon, and fixes some bugs.

Hello folks,

   A new versión of AMP WinOFF is available, which fix some bugs and add two new
administrative options.

   Also, I want to announce that I'm working in the new version of Font Viewer.
Instead of release a bug fix version, I decided to work in a new major
version, with a lot of code rewritten. It will have interesting new options
like extended font information, options for organizing non installed fonts in
categories, a button bar, management of Type 1 fonts using of the native
support in Windows 2000/XP for that fonts, and will solve compatibity issues
in 2000/XP systems. If you have any suggestion for the new version, this is
the perfect time to make it :-) .
