Moisture detector' / Xylene Extraction method, Ammonia by Kjaldals

· Dealing with independent laboratories for Polymer analysis of
rubber / Plastics used in Respiratory mask using FTIR (Perkin elamar
make).
· Checking of Particulate matter filtration efficiency of HEPA
( High Efficiency Particulate Aerosol ) filter by subjecting filter
to aerosol (Size = 0.3 micron) of Di Octyl Phthalate by using `ATI
Make DOP penitrometer Model Q 127" which generates monodispersed
Aerosol of 0.3 micron precisely, Measures Particulate size using
optical light method and detects concentration of generated aerosol
and penetrated aerosol from Filter using light scattering method.
· Determination of leakage in Respiratory mask using Leakage
tester (DRDO, India and Draeger, Germany make mask leakage tester)
which pressurizes the mask and checks for leakage.
· Dealing with Indian defense Laboratory for testing mask face
piece rubber and Activated charcoal coated cloth used in Integrated
hood mask with respirator for its penetration capacity test against
mustered warfare agents and DCP ( Di Chloro Propane) as simulation of
Nerve Agents.
· Tensile property testing of fabrics and rubber components
used in respiratory protection system using tensile testing machine.
· Simulation of Human respiratory system by attaching Breathing
Apparatus to `Breathing machine' and `Draeger, Germany make model
Quester III' which measures Breathing Resistance offered by
Apparatus, CO2 Content in Exhaled Air,
· Accelerated Aging and Environmental testing for Canister
filters and Masks by subjecting object to temp and Humidity
Conditions.
· Practical performance testing for Breathing apparatus by
subjecting live test subject ( Human wearing the Apparatus) to
Practical conditions of Environment (of Diff. Temp. and RH) and heavy
exercises.
