Check with Anfy support group showed that bookflip can not be set to run a
single cycle
I am interested in having bookflip cycle just once
then stop. Can anybody give me some suggestions?

Dorothy, your cfade is running perfectly (church members on the first page)
in Netscape, Dorothy you just have the one on the first page, there isn't
one on the "Events" page that I could see.
However, when I went to "Events", I was given a warning about downloading a
potentially malicious file; it wanted to run an I.E. to view a file. I've
never had this happen before.

In I.E., there was an error "exception javalangArrayOutOfBoundsException.
This error has haunted me also in the past and I don't know why. Does anyone
know what this error is?

Well, if it's important enough, and you aren't a free user like me; there
is, I believe, a service Anfy provides for custom work for a fee. Cyn

I'm sorry to hear that, I hope he's feeling better soon! Well, Dot, my girl,
I know just enough java to be dangerous :o) ! Out of frustration, I again go
back to the anfy program, go into the cfade screen with all my files lined
up and hit VIEW. Then I say, "OK anfy, let's see if you are so da_ _ smart!
And of course, they are :o) , I open the preview.htm in both browsers to
verify that it works. Then I copy that preview file OVER to the directory
I'm working in; then I make sure all the image, class, and jar files are in
place. THEN I open the blasted thing in the new directory; if it doesn't
work in the new directory, but it did in the anfy directory-I look to
compare what's in the anfy directory that's not in my directory. That's how
I learned to get all the files over in my working directory. THEN SOMETIMES,
there wasn't any difference. JUST SOMETIMES, because of a lot of
manipulation, the cfade won't work. So I GO BACK to the original anfy file
and copy everything over from the non working cfade file (tables with images
and text) AND IT WILL WORK AGAIN. Don't know what else to tell you. Cyn

Hi Josh

1) If you're On/Off-line, and are using Windows 98 try clicking this link
here:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE

2) Click Alt-T then Alt-O or go to the drop down "Tools" menue and select the
"Internet Options" and wait for the pop-up window to open.

3) Click the "Security" tab and LOWER your Internet Security, (if you're a
minor, disregard).

4) Click the "Advanced" tab, scroll down to "Java NT" and put a check mark
next to "Java logging enabled".

5) Click "Apply" then "OK".

In addition:  If you are using AOL,

1)Click here:   Preferences

2)Click "Internet Properties (www)" and wait for the pop-up window.

3)Click the "Graphics" tab, then chose "Never compress graphics"

4) Click "Apply" then "Ok"

Finally:

I would then recommend that you sign-off AOL, and RE-BOOT your PC. I hope
this does fixes the problem.

Good Luck

For me this is normal as the scrolling text is only part of a html page.
IE5.5 history shows only html pages or downloaded zip files. To my

Just to let people know that Steve Bates has the virus that is currently doing the rounds of Yahoo groups, so DON'T open the attachments that appear with his mails - he is not sending them knowingly of course, that is how viruses work!

Steve, you need to (1) update your virus definitions online, (2) do a full system scan to get rid of it!
Good luck

I'm using (or going to use) several images and icons I made, which
may be of use to some-one else. I therefore made a page on my website
so you can look and decide if you want to download them. Just right
click on the image and select "copy image as"
At least I hope that's what the english menu will say, my french
IE5.5 says "enregistrer l'image sous".
see http://www.marketmap.ch/images/anfy/anfy_images.htm

For the cube I also added some images which can also be used as

It gets confusing going from url addresses and hard drive, urls use the "/"
and the hard drive uses "\" to demark directories. When I put my mouse over
the file link it shows:

file://\\mypath\fo_win1.gif

Could this be the problem? Why "mypath"? Is that one of your regular
directories? Why not give them regular names like:

slideshow/ with these subdirectories
         htms/
         images/
         etc./

Just a thought, it almost looks like script is caught up in it all. Cyn

Just make sure all the required classes, jars, and images are in the same
directory as the html. Don't forget to use the preview option while building
your anfy, if it plays in the anfy directory(it will be in whatever applet
you are using) then compare your directory to it. You are sure to be missing
some files. Cyn

I thought the same thing, but when I went to look, but it said SPECIFICALLY
not email technical questions of any kind so I didn't suggest it. But hey,
what else can you do, they REALLY don't have any other email address to use
except reg. support, the forum, and Fabio? So I decided to wait to see what
the pros would suggest.

All I can say is if Fabio doesn't want it, then Anfy needs an email for
tech. diff. with registration, that should solve it.
