                 Tenzicut ~ Great fun to get started..My neighbor saw a milk cow & horse plowing together in Germany during the war..Was very surprized as mostly horses & mules were here in the Ozarks..I have a pic of my Dad with his oxen..he used upside down horse collars & drove them to a wagon..My brother in Montana is considering using a cow for work so he gets 2 uses for having one. He'll enjoy hearing about your work with yours.. Lots of sled work ahead for the 2 of you....   GrannieD   (VDavis)

There is no reason that cow can't work, you will just have to be careful of her utter when she comes into milk. She should be about the right size for a family...
