Viable "free energy" device apparently identified - slated for independent
testing at government and university labs.
Dr. Steven M. Greer, and his
colleagues at Space Energy Access Systems, Inc. (SEAS, Inc.), recently
announced they have identified what appears to be a viable "zero point energy"
or
"free
energy" device at a private civilian lab. In an onsite inspection of this
device,
the SEAS scientific team was permitted, without any interference by the
inventor, to open and inspect the device for possible hidden batteries or

have identified what appears to be a viable "zero point energy" or "free
energy" device at a private civilian lab. In an onsite inspection of this
device,
the SEAS scientific team was permitted, without any interference by the
inventor, to open and inspect the device for possible hidden batteries or
other power
sources. SEAS scientists and engineers found no hidden power sources or any
evidence whatsoever of a hoax.

During the onsite inspection, SEAS engineers took the small, lightweight
device outside, placing it on a sidewalk well away from any possible hidden
power sources. A 300W bulb, a 100W bulb, an oscillating electric fan, and a
stereo were all then connected to the device, which powered all the
appliances
and bulbs at the same time. Although Dr. Greer and his colleagues have
previously inspected other "over unity" devices, this is the first they have
found
capable of producing energy in a controlled, usable form (110V AC at 60Hz).

SEAS engineers, working together with the inventor, hope to have the
device ready for the "practical test phase" within 2 to 3 months. The device
will
then be sent to a government lab (likely the US Dept. of Energy Lab), and two

university labs for credible independent scientific analysis. Research and
development of a market ready prototype will begin pending positive results
from
these independent labs.

If independent scientific analysis and testing of this device yields
favorable results, Dr. Greer and his colleagues will then hold a press
conference
at the National Press Club in Washington, DC, to announce, in the words of
Dr. Greer, "what has to be regarded as one of the most important scientific
announcements in our time." Dr. Greer's insistence upon credible independent
scientific testing of this device stands in stark contrast to the typical
approach
of the unending stream of scam artists most of us have learned to associate
with "free energy." The liars, fakers, and snake oil salesmen of the world
would
never invite or permit such credible independent scientific scrutiny, for
reasons which should be obvious.

Dr. Greer is cautiously optimistic he may be prepared to make an
announcement at the National Press Club in about 4 to 6 months. SEAS hopes to
have
its first units to market by the first or second quarter of 2004.

Although the "skeptics" insist such technologies would violate the 2nd
law of thermodynamics, in truth there is a strong foundation in theoretical
physics underpinning the emerging zero point energy technologies, as evinced
by
the large and growing body of peer-reviewed physics literature published by
the
most vocal advocates of zero point energy. Dr. Tom Bearden and Dr. Hal
Puthoff, for example, have extensively published the results of their zero
point
energy research in such prestigious peer-reviewed journals as Physica
Scripta,
Optik, and Journal of Applied Physics. Two of the most vocal "skeptics"
dismissing zero point energy technology as nonsense, are non-scientist Graham
P.
Collins, and another non-scientist, the self-proclaimed "Amazing" Randi,
neither of
whom has ever published a single peer-reviewed paper in physics, or any other

discipline for that matter.

The potential environmental and socio-economic significance of this
development simply cannot be overstated. This technology holds tremendous
promise
in addressing such pressing issues as global warming and industrial
pollution.
As free energy becomes readily available, energy intensive waste treatment
processes which were once prohibitively expensive may be employed to scrub
industrial effluents free of pollution. Growing geopolitical tensions
resulting
from dwindling oil resources may also be significantly diminished. And, as
basic
necessities such as clean, safe drinking water, electricity, and
refrigeration
become more readily available to third world communities, birth rates may be
reduced in response to lowered infant mortality rates.

As Nick Cook, aviation editor of Jane's Defence Weekly, all but proved
in his recent book "The Hunt for Zero Point," fully operational zero point
energy systems already exist in covert weapons systems within the US arsenal.
Dr.
Greer and the witnesses of the Disclosure Project (<A
HREF="http://www.disclosureproject.org/">
http://www.DisclosureProject.org</A>) have tried for years to get these
technologies declassified for
civilian use. Although the Disclosure Project's efforts to demonstrate that
these
technologies were originally reverse engineered from crashed extraterrestrial

spacecraft (e.g., the crash at Roswell, among some two dozen others), remains
an
uphill battle, the final and irrefutable proof that viable, market-ready zero

point energy technologies do exist may be no more than six months away.
