myself but very much enjoy this study and finding out what I can.
My theory is very simple.  If you want to know the answer, just
ask!  You can not know unless you try and find out.....so.  Lets
find out all we can and build on the knowledge that is out there to
expand on our God given ability.

I cant help but research all forms of physics, and science and
astromony; because I often find things that confirm the design as a
reality Ive come up with.
But still, I dont function the way many other studious brains do who
are into those fields. I mainly go by vision and inspiration and
other things that have enabled the precetive means learning this
technology to me.
   Some of it , it seems is recall from a ufo encounter I had with
members of my family when I was ten years old, in 1966; but the main
reason I was able to recall it, is the main part of the ability I
have received; it is from God in my life, so actually, I really am

   After January 1st 1982, the morning I had a near death out of body

taught me how to recognise things, so I would be ready at the time
technology began coming to me.

I feel sure, If someone doesn't understand this about me, they may
easily right me off as some kook or con artist claiming to know
things that I wont fully reveal.

About the Russian 'new' air engine:

I am glad to see publicity about this type invention, because I
designed what I called an 'air engine' back in 97. I have only shown
it to a couple people.
It doesn't use any other forces ,like electric along with it. just
air compressing and in vacuuming stages; plus , well, the full
disclosure has never been given, because I do not have enough
resources to market this product before it could be taken from me.

But as a trained and learned technition, I was able to come up with
the air engine I have.

After that; I designed a laser generator that multiplies itself until
the laser effect goes runaway and generates a massive energy
emmition. The fields of electromagnitics tapable off this generator
through specially designed and placed coil plates, access and utilize
energy to the overunity degree.
This design can be used to creat motion work, applicable to
transportation, and most of all ; It can be designed altogether with
a three phase component, to generate wave frequencies that deal with
the waves of gravity. I could go on and on about the potentials of
how gravity is a state of matter and I have a formula to manipulate
the wave patterns of the gravity waves we see in downward motion, to
access the subtlely hard to detect natural equal oposit waves of
gravity going back out, to ride them out.= no combustion lift to
space + no combustion to thrust through space.

I take it you went to the links which sites tell about the prophetic
dreams I've had ?

I latter went on to have vivid dreams over a few years showing me
technology.  Also learned from visions, actual manifest visual
presentations while wide awake. Some of these were so astounding I'm
sure there is missing stuff in my notes, because it was too
spectacular to catch it all. But I know it works .
    Once you learn to recognise the voice of God and the discernment
of the spirit in his present characture, you know that you know who
it is bringing whatever is brought.
    I know there seems to be some kind of occlutic practice, called
automatic writing, but I know the genuine and the counterfeit. devils
can only present counterfeits, God is the author of genuine authentic
things that get counterfeited. I had experienced drawing by faith, I
call it. I often would draw things, haveing a notion somewhat about
the design and usage, then latter a friend like me would drop by and
have the exact same drawing, or example, or prototype, or model.
   That kind of thing went on for a couple years.
I onced worked with a guy , that upon sharing a design of a special
piece of equiptment and it's usage I saw in a dream, and showed him
pictures drawn of it, he proceded to tell me how he formerly worked
on an island of a secluded volcano way out in the ocean, for the
national security agency, and he knew the name of the project I
described, he had worked on it there.
   That was really something to me, learning that we can get remote
viewing dreams about technology.
   But it didn't surprise me that much, I have had dreams graficly
detailing events in other peoples lives, so I could tell them before
it happened, and then remind them after it happen that I told them
exactly to the T before it happened, and by that led people to give
their life to trust in God.
But it set me up to Know it was real, and to pay attention once the
tech started coming that way.

Organization Information and Details

Now a proud member of the Unicoi County Chamber of Commerce, "The Alternate
Realities Center" is based in Southern Appalachia near Johnson City, which is
located in upper East Tennessee. "The ARC" operates out of a small town called
Unicoi and hosts monthly meetings as well as an annual conference. Also known as
"The ARC", the organization performs serious study, research, and investigation
of the Paranormal and the Metaphysical. Our goal is to sponsor leading-edge
research into the potentials and powers of human consciousness and explore
phenomena that do not necessarily fit conventional scientific models, while
maintaining a strong and rigorous commitment to scientific methodology and
procedures with efforts to focus on the Human equation...

"The ARC" is not a cult, single-cause institute, or political action group.
However, the organization does consider the study of phenomena with unexplained
origins which manifest themselves in the reality of this physical world to be of
utmost importance to our further mental and spiritual development as a species
in the cosmic scheme of life. Reality is not always quantifiable. Just because
something can not be measured, cataloged, or photographed does not mean that it
does not exist...

Although not exactly proven, yet theorized by known science, we assume that our
Universe is multidimensional by its very nature; from this we extrapolate that
there could be many different 'realities'. Furthermore, the organization
embraces and celebrates the individual differences of Human beings, recognizing
that one individual's perception of the Universe may not be that of another's.
"The ARC" sponsors public awareness events as a means by which we may
acknowledge the complexity of the known Universe...

Our primary purpose is the attempt to present data and scientific evidence that
will alter the 'paradigms' of our modern society. Those who are not familiar
with this term will be happy to know that a 'paradigm', in its most basic sense,
is a 'mental map'. It is the way we perceive, understand, and interpret the
world around us - the accepted 'truth'...

Often, the accepted way of doing things, or the way we think about our world
invokes frustration as it becomes no longer convenient, or appropriate to suit
our immediate need. The desire for change often leads us to open our eyes, as
well as our minds, and search beyond the accepted truth. When the act of looking
'outside the box' inspires a 'change of mind', we refer to this as a 'paradigm
shift'...

The organization most certainly encourages individual exploration of both the
'outer' as well as the 'inner' world. Our focus is to promote and maintain
global awareness and open mindedness, broadening our scope of acceptance as a

Local Meeting Information

The ARC meets on the second Saturday of every month to explore various areas of
public interest and study. Subjects of discussion usually fall "outside the box"
and may include, but are not limited to: ghosts and haunted places, orbs and
spook lights, UFOs, also known as unidentified flying objects as well as the
occupants of these mysterious craft. In addition, we also examine the ageless
mysteries of the pyramids and other ancient sites, sacred geometry, healing
energies, and metaphysical teachings, values, and beliefs including psychic
intuition, dream interpretation, and remote viewing. Areas of Scientific concern
include, but are not limited to: Astronomy, Physics and Metaphysics, Exobiology,
Cosmology, Climatology, Cryptozoology, Ecology, Radiology, Metallurgy,
Psychology, and Parapsychology ~ just to name a few...

Monthly meetings begin at 6 PM and are held locally in the East Tennessee,
Southwest Virginia, and Western North Carolina areas. The ARC Staff and

The Legends, Whispers, and Mysteries Tour: Join us for a "ghost walk" through
the streets of Jonesborough, Tennessee - the state's oldest town! You and your
guide will embark on a journey into history on Saturday evening, September 25th,
to share the legends, stories and unusual happenings of Jonesborough's past and
present on this 'ghostly' tour. Some have called this a ghost walk... others a
sharing of mysteries tour. You'll just have to decide for yourself. It is
exciting and titillating, but most importantly, it is just good old-fashioned

The stories will be a little different on each tour because the oldest town in
Tennessee has far too many stories to share on just one dark evening. "Legends,

Constance died in a motorcycle accident late last year. Although she will be

depth of spirit. Constance was fiercely devoted to helping others find truth,

Anyone who knows physics laws knows about the law of equal oposit

Our 10th Year Anniversary Event will be held at the Centre at Millennium Park, a

9). Overall objective of research and why is it worth doing?

The objective of our research is to develop the first initial
application of our prototype design of a RF activated laser system;
prototype 1-A entitled HOLO-1, The Quantum Computer. In this endeavor
of spending a little more money, we will not just create a working
prototype of our invention, we will have a working model of our first
technical spin-off of our generic laser system device; we will create
and test the world's first truly marketable quantum optical computer.
There has been much work performed by many various organizations and
inventors that have created the software (i.e., quantum entanglement,
quantum superposition, etc.), however no one has to date designed a
hardware system for a quantum computer. The Weismann Inst. Of Israel
in 1999, created a working quantum computer that was extremely large
(as large as a room) whereby they cracked the Bletchly Park code of
WWI I in 12 milliseconds that would normally take a standard PC a
minimum of 100 years to accomplish. Unitel's proposed computer will
essentially perform in the same manner as the Israeli's QC system
except that our quantum optical computer will be considerably
smaller; about the same size as a standard PC system. All of the
existing computer manufacturers currently consider Unitel
as "competition" and are consequently not interested in assisting to
develop the HOLO-1 system.

Once developed, Unitel's HOLO-1 will be the next generation of
computers for the computing industry, employing quantum entanglement
and superposition in its operating software whereby all of the
information is retrieved, stored or sent at once instead of one bit
at a time like the current standard binary code. With our working
prototype in place, we have been told by reputable organizations that
they will come in with the next round of required funding to
successfully market the HOLO-1 system. This will bring in the
required revenue to develop Unitel's more expensive aerospace
propulsion system and other technical spin-off applications.

The intermediate milestones to be achieved are; to crack a tough
encrypted code in a similar fashion as the Israelis did with their
quantum computer system. This will definitely get whatever
organization's attention   US government, banks, financial
institutions   to the capabilities of the HOLO-1 system.

10). Background of the invention or discovery, testing, observation,
theorizing, etc. that led to this request for funding. Provide
details of past test results in the area of this research:

Before, during and after the acquisitions of the patents for Unitel's
laser device, many successful technical meetings were held with
various scientists from several different organizations. This led to
the involvement of the esteemed individuals and organizations we have
ready to construct and test our prototypes today. Specifically, some
of several members of the University of Oregon we meet with from the
Physics Dept.were; Dr. Harlan LeFevere, Physicist and Dr. Rudolph
Hwa, Director, Theoretical Institute of Science. We also met with
Ernest Brown, Oregon State University who introduced us to George
Steel, Mathematician formerly with the U.S. Army Think Tank, Litton
and Northrup concerning our quantum computer design. Mr. Steel
eventually negotiated a contract with us to use his operating
software system to be used in conjunction with our quantum computer
HOLO-1 design.

Upon George Steel's untimely death, we were contacted by Prof. Ted
Williams of Keele University and Keele High Dynamics KHD, London, UK,
to use his operating software system. Prof. Williams was Director of
Research for the organization that was awarded the Nobel Prize for
the invention of nuclear magnetic resonance or NMR. We also met with
Dr. S. Sivananthanon, Director of University of Illinois (UIC), in
Chicago, IL and his staff to construct and test our patented
prototype. We were introduced to UIC MicroPhysics Labs after
searching for several years for a laboratory that was set up to
perform molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) of II-VI compound semiconducting
laser crystals by Michael DeBruzzi, Technical Representative, EPI,
St. Paul, MN, MBE equipment manufacturers. Dr. Sivananthanon gives
lectures on the international circuit on the subject of II-VI
semiconducting compounds and is a recognized expert on the subject.
Since our laser lens is composed of II-VI compound crystals Dr.
Sivananthanon was very interested in our design from the outset. UIC
MicroPhysics Labs produces various heat seeking and night vision
products for the U.S. government and has never had a failure under
Dr. Sivananthanon's direction for the last 20 years.

In his lectures, Dr. Sivananthanon points out the fact that 90% of
the world's semiconducting market is composed of III-V compounds or
silicon and the II-VI compounds have all been all but overlooked. The
only suggestion that was made at a technical review meeting with Dr.
Sivananthanon and his staff was that we allow UIC to add 3 micron
wide strips of silicon which would, as we were told, add strength to
the prototype laser lens, adding strength and support to the
structure. They assured us that there would be no interference with
the desired operation of the system. We agreed and inurn asked if
Prof. Williams would be allowed onsite at UIC MicroPhysics Labs to
tune the crystal lens to respond to his operating system which they
agreed to. We also contacted Prof. Andreas Mandelis, University of
Toronto, to act as a consultant to the prototype construction
project. This was also ag reed to by UIC. Prof. Mandelis is a world-
renowned expert on II-VI compounds and is on the technical review
committee for Physics Review and Physics Review Letters, both world-
class physics journals that are accepted by most universities around
the world.

11). The research being performed at UIC/KHD is purely that of
Unitel's. Although Dr. Sivananthanon and Prof. Williams are
recognized in their respective fields for similar work, it is a well
known and accepted fact that Unitel's prototype design and
application of the II-VI compound structures that are of Unitel's
proprietary ownership and emanated from their discoveries and design
applications. The proposed prototype construction project is viewed
by all, Unitel, UIC and KHD, as an extension of each other's research
endeavors for the mutual benefit for each party involved. These world-
class organization should be considered a sound investment by any
funding organization.

12). Patents have been issued to Larry D. Maurer and Michael E.
Miller on their acoustically activated laser device entitled;
the "Acousto-Electromagnetic Hologistic Resonant System" in the U.S.;
patent number 4,817,102 in 1986 and in Japan, patent number 1,486,717
in 1992 along with several other countries whereby the patents were
issued but not yet awarded.

13). To date there has been no work funded for Unitel's proposed
projects except for small investors that have assisted only in
funding corporate operations and patent maintenance fees.

14). Description of the research and/or development to be carried
out: The Pixel Vision (now Pixar) optical scanning device can scan
down to a nine micron square area. This means that we can develop an
information grid system within the lens composed of 7 x 7 microns
(seven micron resolution) to be RF activated for holographic storage
of information within the grid patterned area. A large amount of
information can be stored and retrieved with this type of system.
Pixar representatives are ready to work with Unitel to develop the
HOLO-1 system in conjunction with their own equipment and
facilities.The magneto optical software language for HOLO-1 will be
produced by Keele High Density (KHD), Ltd., London, UK. The amount


OUTLINE OF KEELE HIGH DYNAMICS AGREEMENT


1)Unitel wish to use KHD's intellectual property and the input of
expertise from Professor Williams to further their development of
quantum computers and other technologies.

2)KHD will grant Unitel a license to use all of KHD's technology
(patents and know-how), and will give all reasonable assistance to
aid these further developments, subject to the terms and conditions
of this agreement.

3)For the grant of the license, Unitel will pay to KHD a license fee
of $1,000,000 upon the signing of this agreement, plus a royalty of
10% of gross revenues generated using the KHD technology or from
technology developed using Professor William's further input. Where
the 'product' sold to generate revenue incorporates technology other
than that developed by KHD or with Professor William's input, then
the 10% shall apply only to that proportion of the total 'product' as
is appropriate. The parties shall try to agree the proportion in an
amicable manner, but in the event that agreement cannot be reached
within a reasonable time, then an independent expert arbitrator shall
be appointed and his decision will be binding on the parties.

4) Professor Williams agrees to make himself reasonably available to
work with Unitel as required. Professor William's time is normally
charged at $3,000 per day, but for this project he is prepared to
work for $1,750 in view of the royalties also payable. Reasonable and
pre-agreed out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Professor Williams will
be reimbursed by Unitel.

15). Cost estimates; Potential customers for the HOLO-1 are
universities and research institutions, the U.S. Government,
especially the Department of Defense (DoD), NASA, DARPA and all
aerospace and other companies that are on the cutting edge of
scientific development, and potentially all oil companies and all
seismic exploration companies.  Potential joint venture partners are
Sun Microsystems, AT&T, IBM, Fore Systems, Apple Computer, Microsoft,
other software developers and other computer manufacturers.

Manufacturing of Unitel's "Acousto-Electromagnetic Hologistic
Resonant System " and the quantum mechanical (optical) computer
system "HOLO-1 " will be accomplished by the licensing of reputable
organizations capable of constructing high quality (optical
standards) products. These individual manufacturers will strictly
adhere to Unitel design criteria for excellence in quality of product
component composition.

Unitel has located manufacturers and acquired the appraised costs for
the construction of the Prototype 1-A system, which is similar in
design to the "Acousto-Electromagnetic Hologistic Resonant System" as
specified in the patent description.  The manufacturers of the
Prototype 1-A will be:

(1) University of Illinois at Chicago, Micro Physics Lab, Chicago, IL
for subcontracting of MBE lens and prototype construction.

(2) Flight Unlimited, Flagstaff, AZ for construction consulting and
prototype testing.

(3) Eagle-Picher Corp., 200 B.J. Tunnel Blvd., Miami, OK for lens
material (CdS).

(4) II-VI Corp., 375 Saxonburg, PA for lens material (CdTe).

(5) Applied Sciences, Inc., Cedarville, OH, for prototype
construction (diamond hull sheathing) and testing.

(6) Niobium Research, Philomath, OR, for prototype construction
(niobium hull) and testing.

After initial testing of Unitel's Prototype 1-A Unitel will pursue a
licensee, or a joint venture business partner for licensing, for the
production and testing of HOLO-1 computer prototypes. For component
manufacturers supplementary to the manufacturers of Prototype 1-A we
have contacted these manufacturers:

(1) Keele High Dynamics, London, UK for software design for HOLO-1.

(2) Pixar Inc., 15250 NW Greenbrier Parkway, Suite 1250, Beaverton,
OR for an optical scanning system for HOLO-1.

The following is a list of U.S. companies with which Unitel, Inc., is
negotiating to supply the necessary raw materials and equipment to
build and/or subcontract the manufacture the Prototype 1-A laser
system: Eagle-Picher Corporation, 200 B.J. Tunnel Blvd., Miami, OK
74354 for cadmium sulfide (CdS) bulk semiconducting crystal powder
for the laser lens. The cost of the CdS is $1.50 per gram- $679.20
per pound. Other dopant material are also available (price is
negligible).

(2) II-VI Corporation, 375 Saxonburg Blvd., Saxonburg, PA 16056 for
cadmium telluride and telluride (CdTe:Te) bulk semiconducting crystal
powder for the laser lens. The cost of CdTe is $3.50 per gram-
$1584.80 per pound. Te is $1.75 per gram or $792.40 per pound.

(3) Flight Unlimited, Flagstaff, AZ, for computer modeling and
prototype refinement.

(4) University of Illinois at Chicago, Micro Physics Lab, Chicago,
IL, for construction of prototype and lens-  $361,471 - two yr.
Contract.

(5) Keele High Density, London, UK, Prof. Ted Williams, Ph.D., Keele,
Univ., UK and Mike Downey, CEO, CMR (contract attached herein).

The following is a list of consultants with whom Unitel, Inc. will
contract for assistance in development of the technology and for peer
review and counseling:

(1) Ernest S. Brown, MA, Owner, Coast Computer Support, Newport, OR.
Mr. Brown will be available to oversee the assembly of HOLO-1 and
coordinate standard peripheral systems requirements. Mr. Brown will
be required to travel to on-sight locations and will receive per diem
travel reimbursement with $100 per hour consulting fees. Mr. Brown
may be a full time employee of Unitel in the future payroll listing.

(2) KPMG/Pete Marwick, Certified public accountant, auditor and tax
preparation shall be required @ $100 per hour.

(3) James Janesick, Ph.D., Pixel Vision, Inc., 4952 Warner Ave, Suite
300, Huntington Beach, CA  92649, Computer Instructor, Faculty, UCLA,
for software design for HOLO-1. Required fees are $100 per hour.

(5) Pixel Vision, Inc., 15250 NW Greenbrier Parkway, Suite 1250,
Beaverton, OR 97006 for an optical scanning system which is an
integral part of HOLO-1.  The cost of one optical scanning device is
$10,000.

(6) James E. Reinmuth, Ph.D., ex-Dean of Business college, University
of Oregon, Eugene, OR, for general business consulting. Required fees
are $100 per hour.

(7) Dr. Andreas Mandelis, Ph.D., Full Professor of mechanical,
Industrial & Electrical Engineering, University of Toronto, Canada,
for technical consulting concerning the prototype lens construction.
Required fees are $150 per hour.

Additional Notes: There is an incontrovertible fact well known to
scientists working tocontrol thermonuclear fusion energy for peaceful
power production: Within only one cubic kilometer of water, there
exists enough heavy hydrogen isotope, deuterium (heavy hydrogen),
such that if it is fused to the element helium at multi-million-
degree temperatures, enough energy is released to equal the
combustion energy of all the world's known oil.

Thursday, March 23, 1989, brought a glimmer of hope from a city that
