I wanted to let all of you know that I will be offering a class in the Atlanta area. The CSM course is a two-day class that offers a perfect way to become familiar with the concepts of Scrum and how to make it work in your organization. When I teach the course, I combine information on Scrum with personal experience using and implementing Scrum in very large organizations as well as several XP practices that I feel are important in getting Scrum and Agile Development to work in your organization. While I could write much more about my experiences with Scrum and Agile over the past several years, it makes a lot more sense to let my previous students and customers do the speaking for me...
