older RLL/ST 506 hdd problem   Message List

I have an older Microscience hdd, HH 1120 model, with a controller RLL/ST
506. I can not install it in my Pentium computer. If I plug the controller
(with or without hdd conected), the computer does not boot. I don't have the
jumper settings for the controller. Can someone help me?
