Not really sure why I am receiving this but, there is a lot more to
straightening out the screen situation described. It starts with more info,
but in making assumptions like Win98, AOL v5.0 go to

Run their software looking specifically for video drivers and update your
VGA Card drivers. You may need to reinstall or upgrade your AOL software and
also set your color for 256 colors until you resolve then you can try a
higher setting and see what happens.

As a previous Aplus certification instructor for T A&M, I can tell you that
there are many software study apps that are all fairly good, but the key is
your effort in prepping for the test. Do as much and as close to exam time
as you can and use logic from what you have learned along the way. Good
