Hi,

there seems to be a new bug in 7.5.23 whenever a new editor is opened and an
arrow key is the first key press it causes a box char to appear.

e.g. open a new sql editor and just press the down key, this causes a box char
to appear.

same happens when opening a package editor which was where I first noticed it. I
have created a short video to demonstrate....
