Hi,

I am unable to reproduce this, but that video sure is helpful.  From what I see, I think the possible problem might be the encoding of the file you have. 

Can you tell me what encoding you are using for the file, or can you email me the actual file so I am test it with that file?

Also, does this problem happen with any file?  Can you create a UTF-8 encoded file and then try to do the same?
