Somebody should write a web-based transcription tool, something
like pgdp.net, but instead of looking at a scanned book image and
editing OCR text, we should be looking at video (or listening to
an audio recording) and type a transcript. Hundreds of volunteers
could transcribe all sorts of recorded audio/video and make it
full text searchable. When you stop the video sequence, a
<timestamp> tag should be inserted into the textarea window.
