A correspondent reports about my posting of a pointer to Siva

was restricted. Alas, I'd be in violation of our campus subscription
to the Chronicle of Higher Education if I posted a copy on this list.

However, I just did a Web search and found another posting of the
article:

The article's author was the guest on an NPR Open Source program
Tuesday night, part of which I heard on my way home. However, that
story is not yet indexed at the NPR Web site.
