Tom: Thanks to you and Brewster in showing the progress on your book
scanner. I shared it with a couple friends who had to do similar struggles in
scanning newspaper pages on a flat bed scanner; the job was slightly easier
since
the pages were held flat with vaccuum and didn't have to shoot through glass.
