** Launch of e-TERM project website **
e-TERM is a collaborative project to develop a European programme for
Training in Electronic Records Management to meet the needs of
administrators, information professionals, archivists and records managers.
e-TERM was established following a recommendation of the Training Working
Party of the DLM-Forum on Electronic Records, and work on the development
of the European training programme is now under way.

The e-TERM partners are the Archiefschool in the Netherlands; the Archivio
di Stato di Milano, Italy; the Fachhochschule Potsdam, Germany; the
Faculdade de Letras at the University of Oporto, Portugal; the School of
Information Studies at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, United
Kingdom; the School of Library, Archives and Information Studies at
University College London, United Kingdom; the University of Tampere,
Finland; and the Direzione Generale per gli Archivi, Italy.
Phase 1 of e-TERM has been funded by the European Union's Leonardo da Vinci
